Uncomfortable room and confusing design.

The location.

Cons:

The room had two single beds even though I requested a double bed. When I asked about it, the hotel said they were fully booked. The beds were also very uncomfortable and extremely low.

Another strange issue was the lighting system in the room. Turning the lights off felt unnecessarily complicated, almost like it required engineering knowledge to figure out.

Overall, I cannot say the hotel is well maintained. The general condition of the property feels worn and poorly managed.

Good place in Ankara
Pros:

Location is good, the hotel is in a area full of restaurants and stores.
Bedroom cleaned and comfortable. Staff available.

Cons:

During my reservation fitness and spa area was not available due to national political meeting. A lot of police at the entrance.

Good location with large shopping mall just across the street. A lot of good restaurants in front of the hotel. Room comfortable, perfect breakfast.

A disappointing stay that did not meet 5-star standards.
Pros:

Location was very convinient for my short stay.

Cons:

To start with, the breakfast was very disappointing. Several items were not fresh, and the staff seemed eager to remove unfinished plates very quickly. For a 5-star hotel, the service did not meet the expected standard. There was no attention to welcoming guests or offering hot drinks at the beginning of the meal.

Unfortunately, I even found tiny stones in the vegetables I ate, which was quite concerning.

In the room, the shower contained hair and there were no toiletries provided. When we requested a toothbrush and toothpaste, the toothpaste that arrived was completely dry, and the toothbrush was super hard.

In general, the staff were kind, but in my opinion they would benefit from observing and learning from other true 5-star hotels to improve the overall quality of service.

The ambiance also felt quite cold, and the music in the breakfast room was stressful rather than relaxing. Additionally, the temperature throughout the hotel was very warm, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. In the room we had to turn on the air conditioning just to make it bearable to sleep.

Overall, while the staff were polite, the experience did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.

Çok iyi
Pros:

Otelde en beğendiğim şey, çalışanların çok güler yüzlü olması ve her küçük problemi çözüp yardımcı olmalarıydı.Burdan hepsine teşekkür ederiz.Otelin konumu mükemmel. Sadece temizlik biraz daha iyi olabilirdi ama yine de beğendik.
