Everything you could need, Ok for a family holiday with the grandkids.

Everything was excellent. Pools and watersides are huge and amazing. Food is 5 star. Restaurant staff so friendly and attentive. Big shout out to young Muhammad that worked American Restaurant in the evening and buffet every other meal. Kids club fantastic and gave us lots of free time. Kids loved it. Big shout out to Mia in the kids club. You could see she loved her job and loved the kids and the kids loved her. Kids disco brilliant and kids couldn't wait to go there each night. We extended our stay and also returned back for a 2 week stay since then

We had a fabulous time here! Big thanks to the staff - the restaurant, entertainment and housekeeping were brilliant. Everyone made a fuss of our 6 year old they were playful and friendly. Our room was spotless and spacious- we had paid for a swim up room but being March it was a bit chilly in the water so we didn’t go in but it didn’t take away from our experience. Food was varied, fresh and tasty. Lots of lovely salads, chicken, fish, pasta and pizza. Service was brilliant. The whole hotel is kept very clean and there are lots of staff busily doing jobs. We had a day with rain and a sand cloud and much left the sunbeds etc with a residue on them but when it cleared there were teams of staff cleaning them all down so everything was perfect again. Use of the sister hotel across the road was a welcome bonus the beach down there is beautiful. The only constructive criticism I have is that check in was a bit chaotic and frustrating- we had had a long and tiring journey and had to wait around after getting our keys to be shown where our room was and for our luggage. After waiting maybe 30 minutes a young man walked us across the grounds and pointed out where we should go to (not actually taking us to the door), I had at one point just said can we take our own cases and you just point us in the right direction but they asked us to wait - but it just felt a bit daft because it would only have taken him a few seconds to tell us where abouts to go instead of having to wait and wait. Entertainment was good for families a mini disco every night which our daughter loved and then an assortment of dancers and entertainers through the week - it would be good if they lowered the lighting in the entertainment theatre though for a bit of ambiance. The all inclusive drinks were good. Staff can’t do enough for you and so friendly.water park facilities are great, it was a bit chilly on some days in the water on account of the sun hiding! All in all a great 7 days, really glad we booked this hotel.

Just back from second visit to aqua club first September 25 (also coral resort over road in January 26)
This hotel is great and exceptional value for what you pay
Service is excellent food to a high standard and plentiful
Relatively small compared to sister hotel but does not come short on anything

If I where to critisize it would be fridge in room as they are not unlike coral resort which are they are simply noisey electric cool boxes that do nothing except keep you awake(I unplugged mine)
But that is the only critisim otherwise I would return to this hotel many times

Room 3306 was great actual Seaview and second bedroom
Old tv but it worked and had sports channels ( premier league matches on bien)

Al a carte where really good with once again attentive polite passionate service these guys actually remembered us from last time
Relaxed no stress attitude and can not do enough (tips go along way and are really appreciated

Water park has everything you would ever want staff also excellent as are all pool staff and entertainment
All in all this is a great hotel and excellent value

Unfortunately I will not return to sharm again not because of hotel its because of the Airport

I first visited sharm in 2012 and do not remember it being that bad

The last 3 visits have been disgusting

The staff security and general atmosphere is by far the worst airport I have ever been to and im not on my own thinking this

After convincing my self to go again after much persuasion from my wife I decided surley it can't be any worse than last time but it was

Hostile aggressive abusive and disgusting behaviour from majority of staff from door to gate with odd few that where not also hidden disability is ignored and is not recognised at all and are impatient and hostile even with children

Overall a fantastic place is Sharm but getting there and leaving is just not worth it for me

I repeat this is in no way a reflection of this hotel it is amazing but going through that insideous ordeal at airport really has put me off Sharm el shiek
Sad for hoteliers and all they do to make what could be somewhere I would go many times per year

Unless something dramatically changes soon I will not return

Coral sea aqua club you are amazing but I will not put myself through that awful experience any more

For the price, this was a good family holiday for 7 nights.

Positives: the staff are mostly really friendly and chatty, the water park is a real plus for the hotel and the food cannot be faulted for it's quality and variety.

Negatives: the hotel is very dated and in desperate need of a makeover. Our hotel room had broken electric sockets, were dusty, and generally looked uncared for. One of the entertainers (a blonde haired girl) is very unfriendly and has a bad attitude.

We enjoyed this hotel…. It was fab. Not to big like some complex but plenty for them to do! My little girl who is 6 really enjoyed her self. Kids club teacher mimi is lovely. Even did Easter decorations and made her feel so welcome. Ruby was well looked after by her. Animation team were so lovely. We stayed in block 5 and never heard any building work so we are glad we didn’t change hotels. Location is great also! Lots about and plenty to do. Food was fine for all inclusive. Always able to find something. Staff in there were lovely and friendly.

Staff are really lovely here, great water park, can get a sunbed without reserving at stupid hours, food was ok, need more vegetarian options as I was eating salad most days but some days there was veggie curry so that was good, I didn’t go hungry and desserts were really nice, the staff at meal times couldn’t do enough for you, Mahmoud was great, salah was friendly, another waiter was always singing, sorry didn’t get your name, animation team were great, Anastasia, Ali and another guy tried to get people to join in darts, water polo etc, weather could have been better but it was a nice break, day trip to Cairo was fantastic.

We’ve just returned from another fantastic stay at Coral Sea Aqua Club in Sharm El Sheikh, and once again it exceeded all our expectations! This was our second visit, and it’s safe to say we’ll definitely be back again.

The staff truly make this place special every single person goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. A special mention to Mimi from the kids club, who was absolutely amazing with our girls. They adored her! She kept them entertained most days and even took the time to message us to wish us a safe journey home, which really shows the level of care and personal touch here.

The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, with so much to do for children and a really welcoming atmosphere throughout. It made our holiday completely stress-free and enjoyable.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be that some of the rooms and bathrooms could benefit from a refresh, although we understand this is already in progress, which is great to see.

Overall, another outstanding stay. Thank you to the whole team, we can’t wait to return!

I stayed in coral sea aqua club a week ago and all i can do is say positive and good things about the hotel, i loved my time there i did not want to leave too be honest. Staff members such as Anastasia were absolutely amazing and so hard working, she was so engaging and you could see she was enjoying being involved with all the guests, she also managed too convince me too go out too a few of the clubs and bingo too. I would love too come back here sooner if i could.

We had a very enjoyable 12night stay the room and all areas are kept very clean. The life guard was so helpful putting out towels on sunbefs every morning & looking after us during the day. The waiter at the pool bar also looked after us all day checking if we needed any drinks , the same at the restaurant and lobby bar nothing was too much trouble for any of them all so friendly and made our stay very pleasant .You have very good staff they really look after your guests . we will highly recommend coral aqua anytime. Thank you for a wonderful stay hopefully will return.we stayed in room 5103 you walked out of our room right next to the pool.

The Hotel was clean, friendly and very helpful, animation team was amazing, Anistsia and Adam are very friendly and entertaining for the children and adults. me and my family grew a great friendship while we was staying there, always smiling and happy to help 5 ⭐ for them two ☺️

A great hotel, clean and has everything you need on site, the staff were great and always around to help, especially around the pool and within the restaurant. The room was cleaned daily, and although we were initially worried about the news of building work from next door but it never interrupted us while in there. The food at the hotel was good and had a great variety. had good choices. A special mention to Mimi in the kids club, who really made our four year olds day.

At night, the children's entertainment was good and kept everyone entertained, which meant we could spend some time in the lobby bar, which had a different singer each evening

A lovely hotel to stay at. Clean, always people about at reception to ask for help about where places are or things to do such as getting taxis. The rooms were cleaned daily, never interrupted us while in there. Food places in the hotel had good choices. can go to the buffet daily for breakfast dinner and tea. Then also for tea you ca go to the à la carte restauarant 1 time to the asian and 1 to the american. The entertainment throughout the week was fantastic! Stretches round the pool, darts sessions, and aqua robics every day. special mention to Adam and Anastasia as these were the two who did them daily while I was there and they were both lovely and helped get everyone involved. At night there’s entertainment and then after 10pm in the lobby there’s a singer on.

Good location, nice atmosphere, room was clean, towels changed daily very nice and good value for money, nice poolside view too.
The animation team were brilliant! Adam, Anastasia and Ali were very engaging, friendly, enthusiastic and went that extra mile to keep us entertained! The restaurant staff headed by Ahmed were also very welcoming which also enhanced our stay. The hotel could do with a little revamp in particular the main bar area but all in all we really enjoyed ourselves and would come again.

We were put in a room directly opposite construction sire. 7am to 5pm health and safty nightmare!
Nose level was crazy. Working none stop and this as I say was directly opposite our room. Advised hotel manager who advised there was nothing he could do. I have videos.

We stayed at the Coral Sea Aqua Club for 15 nights over Christmas as a family of four with our two children (aged 3 and 4) and my partner’s parents. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and we are actually returning again later this month, which really says it all!

I wanted to write an honest review as a few things are helpful to know before travelling, but overall we had a fantastic stay.

Pools

The pools and water park are brilliant and perfect for families. One thing to note if travelling in the winter months is that some pools for younger children can feel quite cold.

The wave pool was great because the heaters come on when the waves are on, so this was our best option for taking the kids in the water for longer.

Our children loved the pirate ship pool, and the best time to use it was before it switched on at 10am, as they could enjoy the boat without the freezing buckets of water tipping over them.

Our kids’ favourite parts were definitely the lazy river and wave pool. There were lots of older children happily in the pools too.

Spa

I had a facial at the spa which unfortunately caused a reaction around one of my eyes, leaving it swollen for a few days. I visited a pharmacy and had an injection and tablets and was absolutely fine afterwards.

I have sensitive skin, and I was the only person we heard of having this issue, many other guests had treatments and loved them.

I also had two massages during the stay which were amazing and very much needed, highly recommend them!

Rooms

We stayed in a family room with a kids den, which was great for families.

A couple of small points:
• You can hear noise through the internal connecting doors to neighbouring rooms.
• The shower pressure was very low, so running a bath took around 20–30 minutes.
• Our children managed to fall out of bed a few times during the night, but they are very fidgety sleepers.

Mosquitos

Mosquito spray is an absolute must. They are present all year round, and we saw some people with bad bites. We took Jungle Formula 50% DEET spray and used two bottles in 15 nights, which worked very well.

You can also ask the hotel to spray your room in the evening, and I recommend requesting a spray to keep in your room as well.

Pharmacy

If you need a pharmacy, we highly recommend El Ezaby Pharmacy. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel — turn left when you leave the hotel and it’s just opposite Hard Rock Café. Very helpful and professional.

Towels

Pool towels are provided and can be changed once a day. The only slight inconvenience is there isn’t a towel station, so we had to request this from reception each time.

Staff

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and really made our holiday. They go out of their way every single day to make sure families and children are happy and safe, and they do it all with a smile. Honestly, they are a massive asset to the hotel, we have no doubt that lots of guests return year after year because of people like this.

A few people really stood out for us:
• Fathy – Restaurant waiter: Fathy went way above and beyond every day. He remembered our drinks, made sure meals were perfect, and was always so friendly. He made our children feel welcome too, which made breakfast and dinner so much more relaxed for us.
• Hassan – Lazy River: Hassan was incredible. Every day he helped with sun loungers and umbrellas, but he also made such an effort with every family, making sure kids were safe and happy. He genuinely cares, and his kindness and attention really made our holiday extra special.
• Islam – Lifeguard: Always smiling and so good with the kids — my son loved showing him his Spider-Man outfits!
• Ali – Flow Rider: Patient and confident with the kids, making the experience so much fun.
• Ahmed – Pool waiter/bar service: Always checking we had drinks and looked after us around the pool.
• Mimi – Kids Club / Entertainment team: Wonderful with the children, getting them all involved and making sure everyone had fun while keeping them safe.

All of these staff really go the extra mile every day. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about families. They made our holiday stress-free and so memorable — I honestly can’t thank them enough!

Beach & Location

You can access the sister hotel’s beach across the road. Only soft drinks are available, but it’s nice to have the option.

We always felt very safe walking outside the hotel, though taxis constantly beep at you offering rides — which is normal in Egypt. When crossing the road to the beach, there is always a staff member helping, which is very helpful.

The hotel is only around 15 minutes from the airport by private transfer, which is great after a long flight with children.

Food

The food was excellent with something for everyone, even fussy eaters. Highlights for us:
• Egg station at breakfast
• Salad bar
• Pasta station at lunch and dinner
• American Diner restaurant
• Asian restaurant

The buffet had a great variety every day.

Entertainment

Entertainment was good and enjoyable, especially for families.

Getting Around

We used the InDrive app (like Uber) and were able to negotiate prices. It worked perfectly for us in Egypt.

Cleanliness

The hotel was very clean throughout, including rooms, pools, and restaurants. Staff are constantly working to keep everything tidy.

Final Thoughts

This hotel is fantastic for families, couples, and children of all ages.

Even though I’ve mentioned a few small things, they are simply helpful tips for anyone travelling here. The staff, water park, food and family atmosphere make this place special, and the fact we are returning again this month says everything.

​My wife, our four children (ages 2, 6, 8, and 11), and I just returned from a fantastic week-long stay (March 4th–11th). Rating this resort 5 stars was an easy decision—it was the perfect escape for a large family.

​Highlights of our stay:

​Exceptional Animation Team: A huge standout for us was the entertainment. Anastasia was absolutely incredible! She has a natural gift for connecting with both children and adults. Seeing her lead the "Kiddy Disco" and the party dancing was a highlight for our kids; she is professional, energetic, and truly went above and beyond. Any hotel would be lucky to have her on their team.

​Waterpark Fun: With kids ranging from 2 to 11, finding activities that suit everyone is usually a challenge. The aqua park kept the older ones thrilled, while the splash areas were safe and fun for our toddler.

​Dining & Service: The food variety was excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient with our family of six. The resort is clean, well-run, and the hospitality is top-tier.

Professional Reception & Guest Services: The hotel reception is incredibly friendly and professional. A helpful tip for future guests: If you have any requests or needs, go straight to the Guest Service desk. The lady at the desk was so respectful and helpful; she really ensured our stay was smooth.

​Safe & Reliable Transport: We highly recommend using the taxi service located inside the hotel near the Guest Service desk. Our driver, Hasan, was amazing—very respectful, professional, and gave us peace of mind while traveling with four young children.

​Bottom line: If you want a vacation where the kids are entertained from morning to night and the parents can actually relax, Coral Sea Aqua Club is a must-visit. We highly recommend it!
