Loved this place! We stayed here while riding in El Tour de Tucson. So close to the start/finish at the Conv Ctr and downtown restaurants. Cool lounge and courtyard, live music Sat night. Easy check in, showed us where our room was. Super clean, large room. Able to request a roller bed for our son to stay the 1st night since he was starting ride at 7 am. Bathroom was bright, all amenities needed (shampoo, cond, body wash, lotion, make up wipe). Room had fridge, microwave. Loved the retro/old school vibe. We will stay here again.

We were in town for the tour de Tucson. The hotel was super conveniently located next to the start line of the tour. The staff were very accommodating. They let us store our bikes there before our room was ready. We also kept our car parked there until the event was over. Super chill place. I would recommend.

Great property we stay here once a year.

Stayed here for a week in the early summer. Room was a good size, plenty of space to move around. Would have liked some kind of table or desk though in the room we were staying in, had to do all my computer stuff on the bed. Temperature in the room was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. I never had a problem with parking, and I always felt safe but would have liked an extra lock on the door just for peace of mind. The food in the lounge was excellent and the staff were always nice. When we had to cut our stay short they were very understanding and issused us a refund.

the clifton is a great experience... an ideal blend between a classic motel throwback and a modern, hip experience. a short walk to galleries, the heart of downtown, and food options in the surrounding barrio neighborhood.

Super cute property. The room was simple and beautiful, and the vaulted ceilings and concrete floors/walls were very neat. Loved the midcentury flair. The courtyard and bar were a nice touch. Affordable, easy, and a short walk to downtown Tucson on a shockingly quiet street. Would absolutely stay again!

This 70s retro feel hotel is really amazing. VERY dog friendly and a real bargain for what you get. Will be staying here again for sure!

Most rooms surround a courtyard. On Friday happy hour included a DJ and some local artisans had booths. Staff is friendly and helpful. A definite good vibe here!

Clean, spacious room with unique style and everything we needed. Staff were all kind and attentive to any needs we had. Quiet, lovely garden with seating to enjoy. Also, close to everything.

Mid century vibe. Comfortable. No pool and only 7:30am coffee available. Nice downtown location without congestion. Easy parking. Barrio close by for history fix. Many long time Mexican restaurants nearby. El Terero, etc.

Very nice place to stay. The only issue I had was the noise from the people sitting out in the courtyard After hours the first night people were out in the courtyard until 1130.
