Pros:

Beautiful location and great amenities.

Cons:

The bedroom will hold a king bed easily. The queen seemed small.

Good central location, but advert photos are misleading.
Pros:

Excellent location, with great views and well equipped.

Cons:

Owners have multiple properties, which are included in the site’s photos. So we were initially disappointed by the apartment, which was not what we expected from all the photos and ‘tired’. Not entirely certain that we got the apartment we paid for. Also had issues with being over charged twice. The first instance was corrected immediately, the second instance was only resolved after we disputed the charge through our credit card company.

Great stay with tremendous views
Pros:

Very nice situated, just a hop to magnificant mile and city center; walking distance to Lake Michigan. Clean and well equipped with tremendous views over the Chicago skyline. Very professional and supportive interaction with owners; friendly staff in house. Grocery shopping opportunities in the basement.

The apartment is glorious. Very clean, spacious and with everything you need. Spectacular views in a very convenient location. My family and I really enjoyed our time there.

Impecable , muy buena atención y contaba con absolutamente todo.

La atención , la ubicación , muy silencioso a pesar de estar en el medio de la ciudad ya que estábamos en un piso 53 , amplió el departamento y con absolutamente todos los utensilios

The view from this penthouse apartment is spectacular; location is second to none and the sunrises are stunning. Fabulous, comfortable and well equipped apartment from which to enjoy Chicago.

A spacious, clean, and well‑located condo that made our family’s stay comfortable
Pros:

The condo was spacious, very clean, fully equipped, in an excellent location, warm and comfortable during the cold weather, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Cons:

The building layout made it a little hard to find the unit on the first night, and the weather in Chicago was extremely cold during our stay.
