It is a cosy boutique hotel.

Cons:

The lift was not functioning most of the time, which was a great inconvenience. Having to go up and down the stairs, especially while carrying luggage to the third floor, was very difficult and inconvenient.

A most enjoyable, relaxing and fun time
Pros:

It provided everything we would like to have taken ourselves. They thought of everything, down to an ironing board! The reception staff was EXCELLENT, so willing, helpful and informative, nothing was beyond his “know” and a very pleasant chap. Breakfast had plenty on offer but you couldn’t help yourself, which meant you ended up with too much of something instead of measuring just what you want, that was my only small criticism.

Cons:

It’s Malta so if you dislike having church bells ringing constantly keep this in mind. However, good double glazing works great at night.

Au top et mention spéciale pour Franck à l'accueil :)
Pros:

Franck, le responsable accueil pendant toute la durée de notre séjour était toujours serviable, aimable, à l'écoute et de bon conseil.

L'établissement profite du restaurant accolé pour proposer des petit déjeuner de qualité et du restaurant juste à côté qui propose des plats locaux bien garnis pour le soir ou le midi.

Toute l'île est facilement accessible en transport ou en VTC.

Bref, très bonne adresse :)

Pros:

Hotel umiejscowiony w miejscowości Nadur ma doskonałą lokalizację. Z tej miejscowości w przeciągu godziny można dostać się do Victorii (stolicy Gozo), jak i na prom. Dodatkowo w odległości 30 minut znajduje się piaszczysta plaza, a nieco w 1.5 godziny bez problemu można dostać się na klify.

Nieopodal hotelu, dosłownie 100 metrów (jak nie mniej) znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, który zawiózł nas w każde powyżej opisane miejsce.

Jeżeli chodzi o obsługę - doskonała. Pan Frankie jest bardzo miłą, sympatyczną oraz pomocną osobą. Bez problemu personel hotelowy poradził sobie z rezerwacją, przygotowując i dostosowując cztery pokoje pod 10 osób. Ponadto pan Frankie ma obszerną wiedzę, którą był w stanie wykorzystać doradzając, co warto zobaczyć na wyspie.

Kiedy pojawił się problem z windą w hotelu z uwagi na odcięcie zasilania energetycznego w miasteczku, pan Frankie pomógł nam wnieść wózek dziecięcy po schodach. Gdy z uwagi na ten sam problem z prądem nie działała klimatyzacja w pokoju, pan Frankie chciał oddać nam swój prywatny wiatrak.

Odnośnie do śniadań, które były w cenie rezerwacji - były smaczne i sycące. Głównie oparte na jajku, ale nie tylko. Dodatkowo rozmaite soki oraz szeroki wybór kawy i herbaty.

Pokoje były przestrzenne, pełne udogodnień: wieszaki na ubrania, suszarka, ręczniki, kubeczki do mycia zębów, płyny i mydła, a ponadto zestaw kawowo- herbaciany z czajnikiem elektrycznym.

Po prostu petarda.
