Le repas des enfants manque vraiment de légumes.
Nous sommes particulièrement sensibles au respect de la saisonnalité des produits mais pas votre établissement n'y prête absolument pas attention. MELON PASTEQUE

Exceptional well run hotel in fabulous location
Pros:

A fabulous well run, excellently located ski in/out hotel, right beside the Zurs ski lifts. The bedrooms are generous with great views of the mountains, the facilities are very well equipped. The restaurant is exceptional, with the best dining we’ve enjoyed in Austria. We’d highly recommend.

A warm and welcoming traditional Austrian style hotel which was ideal for a couples stay
Pros:

Great location. The staff were wonderful, welcoming, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Cosy bar area with an open fire. Last but not least the food was varied and delicious.

Cons:

Not a real problem but the room was very warm and we slept with the window open.

Fantastic small family run hotel in great location.
Pros:

Breakfast and evening meal exceptional; staff fantastic - couldn't be more friendly and helpful; spa great, proximity to lifts very close and boot room very conveniently located from slopes; lounge areas very cosy.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ulli. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, and looked directly across to the Seekopfbahn lift. The hotel spa was excellent and very clean, if a bit noisy at times when families were using it. The location is fabulous, with 2 main lifts directly in front of the hotel. We were very impressed with the quality, variety and creativity of the evening 5 course menu. Kudos to the Chef and kitchen staff.

We would like to compliment the staff of the hotel for their friendly, professional and helpful manner. All our wishes were met promptly and without fuss in an easy-going and engaging manner. Particular thanks to the wonderful Annika who was our server for most of our stay.

We would definitely recommend this hotel highly, and we plan to return in the future.

Cons:

I would have liked to have had tea making facilities in the room.

Pros:

Lucas and his entire staff were very friendly and helpful. Emily, Augustina and Clarie in the dining room are great. The food was fantastic. Stefan is an amazing chef. The location is excellent - walk out the door and ski. The rooms are nice, large and well-appointed. We never heard a noise.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like except my trip ending as planned.
