We loved our stay — the hotel is beautiful, and our room was amazing. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. We did, however, miss having coffee available in the room, as it wasn’t easy to find nearby. It would also be wonderful if the hotel had a great bar on-site, so guests wouldn’t have to leave the property to enjoy excellent food and drinks.

Amazing!
This place is an idyllic paradise. Perfect place to spend a few days to wind down and forget everything. The landscaping is perfect, just the right blend between perfectly maintained and the wildenerss appearance of hundreds of coconut palmtrees by the beach...
Service is really good. Everyone there provided a great service. The food at the restaurant is also excellent, with a great selection of local dishes.

I book a one bedroom luxury bungalow with ocean view, but the reality is these are not one bedroom but just a room with a bed. , they have no AC but noisy fans and it is hot !...definitely doesn't have an ocean view and you'll face another structure, the property is falling apart with a sense of a total let go attitude by the management, the common areas are badly maintained and dirty, no fresh water in the room unless you pay, dirty pool and no service whatsoever, the only positive was the restaurant the food and service was good , beside that a real disappointment and a feeling of being ripped off.

A wonderful experience. Quiet and peaceful surroundings on the beach. Our private "casita" was just great. 6 days of bliss. The staff was wonderful. We will be back.

6 дней провели в Паломино Аите бунгало Шишика.
Полотенца не меняли ни разу. Все бунгало в запущенном состоянии. Для цены в 200$ за день слишком дорого для такого бедного отеля. Сервис ужасный . Бассейн маленький.
Пляж красивый , но волны огромные и плавать там опасно.
Территория большая и красивая, туристов очень мало ,
Невозможно ни о чем спросить администратора ,
Он просто напросто ничего не хочет понимать , есть только одна девушка что говорит на английском . Невозможно заказать даже такси , подали нам автомобиль до парка Тайрона , полиция по дороге остановила , водитель не имел права возить туристов оказывается.
Составляли акт протокол , час потеряли . На обратном пути
Водитель приехал на 1,5 часа с опозданием .
Заказали массаж , массажистка пришла вместо 17 часов, в 19. Хватит о плохом . Есть и плюсы — отличный ресторан , прекрасный повар и хорошее обслуживание , отличная кухня. На пляже можно прогуляться до речки и там заводи , нет больших волн и местные готовят вкуснейшую рыбку за 25 песо , мишлен отдыхает .
В бунгало имеется гамак и подвесной диван на террасе — очень удобно .
Имеется инструктор по йоге за немалые деньги , я не приглашала .
Массаж очень неплохой , подловить их нелегко . На входе обвеселись сертификатами 2015—2016 гг
Считаю за такую огромную стоимость за ущербное бунгало , можно найти что то в Санте Марте Мариотт за гораздо меньшие деньги.

Not sure the reason but the pool and bar at the beach area were closed 2 days in a row Monday and Tuesday, maybe short of personnel due to Covid,, other than that it was perfect.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Very nice hotel just outside of Palomino. Really peaceful and beautiful outdoor restaurant/terrace area overlooking the natural surroundings. Really cool pool down near the ocean. One note, it’s a bit tricky to swim in the ocean due to strength of current/waves (which is the same at all the other hotels I presume). Thanks for a lovely stay.
