I like how clean and organized the facility was from the outside as well as the inside. I like how easy it was to check in and find your room. The location of the hotel was right in town, so we did not have to go far to eat or shop. The breakfast was amazing and has a lot of delicious options to choose from. The lounge was relaxing and always clean. I can't forget to mention the staff that were so hospitable and made us feel right at home. They always acknowledged me and my party, returning and leaving. It's a small gesture, but it showed that they honestly cared that it was much appreciated.

Cons:

To be honest, there is nothing that I could think of that I didn't like about my stay. It was truly a great experience.

Hotel provided pleasant clean accommodations, nice staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, not excellent. But that was not the kind of place it's expected. Particular kudos to front desk staff, Antan, I believe that to be his name( young black gentleman with fashionable hairdo), was very pleasant and helpful making my stay much more pleasant.

Cons:

Town of Columbus, ow! Place needs work, serious facelift!! Hotel was fine.

My late check in was delayed briefly due to no one at the desk. The room refrigerator was off but not noted so my cold items became warm in the refrigerator. Dirt on the hall carpet outside my door.

My stay was awesome!
Pros:

Door keys not working, shower head in shower bad could not take a shower without floor getting flooded, had to find someone to open the door for me if I left the room.
