Personal amable y atento.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Great location, wonderful breakfast choices in the courtyard. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Die Dusche und die Toilette waren etwas zu klein.
Great Location. Atmospheric historical rooms. Fantastic breakfast, cooked to order
A truly unique space to stay. The hotel is split between a main building and an annexe a few yards down the road and is superbly located for getting to the main sites in town within minutes (e.g. 5 minutes' walk to the Grand Master's Palace) but far enough from the centre to be lovely and quiet all the time. Our rooms were in the medieval annexe with a private courtyard and secure access (rooms 28 and 29). The main building is beautifully set up and has a lovely courtyard for breakfast, which was excellent and served by lovely friendly staff. There are lots of historical knick knacks and statuary everywhere which created a wonderful relaxed and historical atmosphere. There's a super roof terrace which is on the same level of the city wall walk and gives great views across the town. All the staff were excellent: helpful, friendly, flexible and accommodating. Special mention for Despina who collected us and our luggage from the San Francisco gate on arrival then took us back on our last day and was super-helpful. Every room is unique and decorated sympathetically to suit the age of the building. The walls are stone, the floor is tiled and the fittings are dark wood so the room is always cool even without aircon. There are floor lamps, bedside lights and small ceiling lights. The room remained quite dark as the only daylight comes from the huge arched entrance door so that might not suit everyone. Our room was spotless, with a very comfy bed, good aircon, excellent water pressure / shower, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, and a complimentary bottle of wine. We stayed for 2 nights (Sat and Sun) at the end of a week sailing so the high quality of the room and its comforts were appreciated after living on a yacht. Not having to check out until 11 am was a welcome bonus !
Wonderful historic building within walking distance of all the sights plus an exceptional artisan geleteria just up the road! Great breakfast made to order.and taken in the courtyard.
All the staff are genuinely friendly and engaging offering advice and asking about your day. A special mention to the young lady serving breakfast (sorry didn't get yourr name).who is so cheery and starts your day with a smile. They are also very helpful in organising the free golf cart transfer to/from the nearest gate with your luggage.
Room 18 (has the balcony above the entrance) although lovely faces out onto the access road for all the mopeds so expect frequent noise thankfully we had earplugs!
Kahvaltı, konum, temizlik, çalışanların ilgisi çok güzeldi.
Sadece bizim odamızın üst katında kalanların ayak sesleri odaya çok geliyordu, zemin tahta olduğu için biraz sıkıntı yaşadık. Onun dışında her şey gayet güzeldi.
Diğer odalardaki gürültüleri sevmedik.
The Breakfasts, Staff , Hotel Courtyard and the rooms were all exceptional! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Paikka oli todella ihana! Sijainti, oma rauhallinen huone, sisäpiha jossa sai syödä aamupalan rauhassa sekä hotellin henkilökunta oli ihania!
Äänieristys huoneissa oli heikko.
The location was excellent. The staff was amazing ,very accommodating, friendly, and helpful with suggestions. Would highly recommend.
Really good home cooked breakfasts to order, the Greek yoghurt, honey, granola and berries were absolutely to die-for. Lovely old part of the city with great views from the balcony. Staff were really friendly with good advice and helped us with golf-cart transfers to/from our taxi drop off point. Quiet part of the old town so very peaceful.
If you want to stay in Rhodes Town this is a excellent venue. The staff were welcoming and very helpful uncluding telling us the history of the area. Our room was quiet, large with everything we needed and the balcony gave us a lovely view over the courtyard. Breakfast was excellent and served in the courtyard offering fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cosecant/bread, hot freshly made food along with freshly squeezed orange juice and tea/coffee. They have a golf buggy which they use to collect and take you back to the car accessible road areas.
Nothing it was excellent.
