The location was excellent. The staff was amazing ,very accommodating, friendly, and helpful with suggestions. Would highly recommend.
Really good home cooked breakfasts to order, the Greek yoghurt, honey, granola and berries were absolutely to die-for. Lovely old part of the city with great views from the balcony. Staff were really friendly with good advice and helped us with golf-cart transfers to/from our taxi drop off point. Quiet part of the old town so very peaceful.
If you want to stay in Rhodes Town this is a excellent venue. The staff were welcoming and very helpful uncluding telling us the history of the area. Our room was quiet, large with everything we needed and the balcony gave us a lovely view over the courtyard. Breakfast was excellent and served in the courtyard offering fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cosecant/bread, hot freshly made food along with freshly squeezed orange juice and tea/coffee. They have a golf buggy which they use to collect and take you back to the car accessible road areas.
Nothing it was excellent.

Troppo old stile
It was brilliant. Amazing room, great staff, perfect location. We had a brilliant time. The rooms were large, historic and peaceful. And it was great value for such a good location and environment.
Nothing
Nette Gastgeber, ruhige Lage nahe der Einkaufsstraße, schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück
Lovely historic property in the heart of the Old Town.
Nothing, it was a lovely stay.
Atmosphere interesting with all collectibles. Breakfast.
No room telephone or towel bars
Beautiful property, very good breakfast. On a very pretty and beautiful road that leads right to the upper main square and the Palace. Breakfast was very good and was made to order. Our room was very fun (Princess room), old and authentic and the stain glass windows were beautiful. The host was great, he met us at the gate, was very fun and funny and very friendly. they also provided a bottle of wine for our anniversary and other fun complementary details! The lemon tree outside the room balcony was also super cool. Over all we wish we had stayed two days instead of one. Also over all Rhodes surprised us as being one of our favorite places on our Greek island trip (we went to 4 islands) as it has everything, and old town was way better than we expected. It is like a Turkish bazaar till around Midnight. All the shops are open and it is is super fun and cute at night... maybe even more so than in the daylight. (the property is just far enough away to be on the edge of the excitement but still quiet... Any closer and it is going to be rather busy. I think the first shop is probably 50 meters down the very cute and well lit street).
The Bathroom tub could really use a shower curtain, in case you want to shower, as the shower got lots and lots of water on the floor, no matter how hard you tried not to, and is causing damage to the bathroom door. Otherwise, I loved it and wish we had more time there.
Beautiful hotel and great location.
From pick up to drop off great service.
Maria at breakfast was also lovely.
Our room was amazing. The location is excellent but most of all the front desk and breakfast service is outstanding. MICHAEL is wonderful at the front desk and just willing to help with anything. We already miss you. The breakfast is fabulous. We loved our waitress. What a charm.
Very cool, historic styled room in the heart of the old town. Great location for exploring the old town, restaurants and shopping. Also not too far to walk to the town shops and beach. Included breakfast was very tasty with excellent service, served in a lovely external courtyard. Extremely helpful reception. Bed was very comfortable with bed side tables and electric plugs on both sides, plus a choice of pillows. Bathroom well supplied with products and towels.
An extra room key would be nice.
Fabulous hotel with excellent location and wonderful (and helpful!) service
Excellent staff, all friendly and helpful.
Charming, pretty hotel in Rhodes Old Town. Helpful and friendly staff who gave us brilliant recommendations for restaurants and bars. Ideal location to explore Old Town and a wonderful place to stay.
Top-notch staff were eager to help and answer questions. Michael arranged a rental car for us and transported us down to the pickup area with the golf cart. All the front desk staff were excellent, as were the two Marias at breakfast. The food was good, and always delivered with a cheerful smile.
A couple of things stood out for us - one, the shower heads could do with a de-scaling process, especially the hand shower. Due to the historic nature of the building, electrical distribution was somewhat lacking, using extension cords and power bars rather than distributed electrical outlets. Again, this is not a criticism, just a comment considering the historic nature of the building and could have been unique to our room (14).
5 stars is hardly sufficient to describe our 2-nite stay! Located on a quiet cobblestone street in Old Town, this historic gem blends old & new perfectly. Our spacious, softly lit suite blended rich gleaming wood furnishings with an historic touch and a modern bathroom with double sinks, huge walk-in shower, bright light, and every amenity you could want. Mike (our host) was helpful, personable, & genuinely happy to sit & chat with us. His restaurant & shopping recommendations were spot-on. Maria served us a delicious made-to-order breakfast in a quaint courtyard surrounded by lemon trees & period decor. The hotel location was close enough to all the hustle & bustle of Old Town, but far enough away to offer us a quiet paradise. Leaving was bittersweet, but we know we will return to the S. Nikolis soon
Breakfasts were a star. Great voices and quality
