El baño no estaba bien limpio , habia crema dental pegada en el lavamamos y cabello de mujer, no habia papel higienico

La atención del personal, todos fueron muy amables y nos asistieron con la impresión de una hoja que necesitamos. Buena ubicación si vas a hacer diligencias cerca del centro de la ciudad.
Las toallas están muy utilizadas por lo que son muy ásperas y de un color gris (curtido). El aire acondicionado apenas enfriaba y por más que lo notifiqué en recepción no nos cambiaron de habitación. Las sábanas tenían un olor a humedad, al parecer no son secadas usando una secadora. Se acabó el gel de baño y no fue repuesto durante las 3 noches que nos alojamos. El desayuno muy poco variado, los 3 días comimos lo mismo.

1-Toallas y sábanas curtidas y manchadas
2-Aire viejo no enfriaba bien
3- Faltando una hora para el check out comenzaron a tocar la puerta a llamar por el teléfono para apurar nuestra salida.
4-La recepcionista pidió mi taxi para mi traslado y me cobraron más dinero del costo de la carrera y cuando llegó el chófer de dio a ella su comisión en efectivo ( yo lo ví entregárselo ).
Una malísima experiencia. Nunca volveré a este sitio. Demasiadas cosas por mejorar.
