服務櫃台妹妹親切，我們連續住兩晚，她幫我們升等房型非常感謝，房間乾淨也很寬大，外面有一個小花園種滿樹跟花，花園可以看到小松鼠跟白眉鳥和小鴿子，可以看到萬大水庫和山景，晚上睡覺時也非常的寧靜，床也蠻好睡的，早上起來白天可以看到雲海，喜歡寧靜的人好選擇，早上早餐很豐盛，這次旅行體驗很棒

因要早起合歡看日出，無法用早餐（7:30開始用餐）建議放些土司果醬及烤麵包機在櫃檯以利須早起住客用餐，這樣會大大加分，體貼有用心的民宿會讓住客感受到，這點比較可惜，其實是很容易做到的。
