Pros:

Good, serviceable property. Feels like it is more geared towards short-stay residents than a true hotel / guesthouse. However, the staff were all very friendly and tried to make the experience comfortable.

Potential downside is the location - a more residential neighborhood, ~15 min walk to the Maya Mall, ~25 min walk to Nimman neighborhood.

What a great place, good size room, good balcony, everything is new and in good condition and great wifi.

Nice apartment hotel close to Maya and Nimman area
Pros:

Pros:
- Clean and modern building, apartment and equipment.
- Comfortable large bed.Balcony with sink and storage. Large fridge, kettle, desk, cups, coffee and instant soups.
- Nice and helpful staff.
- Daily room cleaning service.
- Good and stable WiFi.
- Close to the Maya shopping center and the Nimman area with lots of restaurants and shops.
- Large room with plenty of storage space for clothes and baggage.
- Elevator and on-site car, bike and bicycle parking.
- 7-Eleven and Tesco Lotus Express nearby.

Cons:
- Difficult to find for he airport taxi service. Come prepared with the phone number of Residence SG to give to the driver.
- Close (about 500 meters / 0.31 miles) to the flight path of aircraft landing and taking off at the airport. Expect noise from mid-morning until late night.
- Quite far away from the old city center. You will need to use a taxi or tuk-tuk to get there.

I've stayed at Residence SG for 3 nights from July 5th, 2016 to 8th in a Superior room. My overall stay was good but not excellent due to the disturbing aircraft noise especially with the balcony window opened. Otherwise the building and apartments are modern. Newly furnished with a nice large bed and average size bath room. Nice and helpful staff. Daily cleaning of the room. They will ask you if and when you want the room cleaned.

I would stay here again but only for 1 or 2 nights to get settled and sort out another accommodation.
