整體上 號稱是五星級 跟我們前一天住的四星級圓山比起來 整體還是差了一劫

浴室水龍頭的設計非常不人性化，不是個省水的設計
書桌上擺著感應式的充電，但是完全無法使用
早餐吃完之後會全身油煙味
接待人員有的很好有的很差，我們入住的時候的接待人員除了收錢，完全沒有任何的介紹，但退房時候的工作人員態度非常的良好
五星級的飯店只給了天仁茗茶的茶包
吹風機的強度超級弱

早餐不錯, 大門的禮賓人員很熱情

Cons:

設施有點舊 房型與照片不符, 訂了全景客房 卻發現只是給轉角套房. 沒有景觀. 有被欺騙的感覺.

入住時報過車號，出去時走不了，機器顯示停車費待繳，結果只能倒車，上樓，去櫃檯再走一遍流程，耽誤不少時間。
