Pros:

Parfaite détente
Pros:

L’espace piscine et le confort des transats parfait, les chambres sont spacieuces et propres à l’arrivée, le personnel est toujours sympathique et souriant. L’ambiance globale de l’hôtel très zen, on se sent vraiment en vacances. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement dans un coin calme mais non avions louer une voiture. Proche de la vieille ville et du Monte Smith pour les plus beaux Sunset !

Cons:

La qualité du petit déjeuné, produit bas de gamme ou pas frais, un large choix mais la qualité des produits n’y est pas forcément. Petite insatisfaction sur le ménage, nous sommes restées une semaine à l’hôtel et malgré nos nombreuses demandes via un petit mot sympa, le sol n’a pas été nettoyé de la semaine, ni la terrasse, la vaisselle ou les meubles poussiéreux… les serviettes ont été changé car nous l’avons réclamée, on se demande donc ce que font les femmes de ménages dans la chambre étant donné que rien n’est nettoyé… c’est pourtant ce que l’on aime quand on prend un hôtel, un ménage quotidien. Dommage sinon le séjour était parfait.

Had the best time, nice and chilled trip would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Property was as described, lots of areas to chill out, clean, good facilities and lovely staff, music by the pool and quiet. breakfast was good!

Cons:

The food took a while to come out in the evening, but we only ate here one of the nights so i’m not sure if it was consistently like this

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons au Cook's Club et nous sommes toujours aussi contents :)
Situé à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, 15 minutes du centre de Rhodes
Le staff est super gentil et accueillant :)

Pros:

Sobere moderne kamer met goede bedden.
Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Prachtig zwembad 18m lang. Kleine openlucht gymruimte.
Mogelijkheid tot huren fietsen, huren auto voor 1 dag; zeer dichtbij bij bushalte voor daguitstap Rhodos-stad.
Goed restaurant in het resort, niet te prijzig.

Cons:

Geen negatieve opmerkingen. Het hotel ligt vrij dicht bij de aanvliegroute van de luchthaven maar zeker niet pal eronder, het bezorgt niet echt overlast.

Some of the best staff I have ever come across!
Pros:

The staff - absolutely fantastic. They upheld the Greek tradition of philoxenia to the highest standard. Yes the facilities are excellent and well maintained, but staff as good as this are quite rare in my experience!

Cons:

The location would be fine provided the local busses were reliable. The hotel has a shuttle bus they offer instead - this should be advertised more by the front desk!
