I think attention to detail could be a little bit more of a focus, but the staff was very friendly and helpful

Well, traveling with my family I found a convenient how close it was to Legoland. The breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Personally, I don’t like the $14 a night for parking. Also, the mattresses were uncomfortable. The pullout bed sofa was broken. Apparently they don’t do room service if you’re not staying more than three nights in a row these are all just little things that I had found a little annoying

DISAPPOINTING! I would like partial refund for my many inconveniences.
Pros:

Service personnel were respectful, professional, helpful, gave great restaurant recommendations and timely.

Cons:

Breakfast needs diversity for every day for those staying multiple days, even have more variety for vegetarians/vegans this is so important. hotel should also keep up with using paper w/o plastic lining and have wooden spoons/forks/knives to be more eco conscious. the heated pool was freezing. the outdoor fire outside was very low, you could barely see the fire and this affect the ambiance. the fitness center was hot, the ac box was locked and we had no control to increase ac unit while working out. our room's bathtub did not have a working tub plug and was not able to enjoy a nice bubble bath. the free bath wash was very low to begin with, all the shampoo/conditioner/bodywash should always be topped off for every guest. our tv needed replacing, it was giving weird screen pixels/lines/glitching/static display, the wifi DID NOT WORK AT ALL for my cell phone or laptop so I could not do ANYTHING online for my work which was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE. The furnitures in bedrm and lobby and dining areas need replacing as they all look super scuffed up and old. Lastly, I parked in the disabled parking w/ my disabled permit and should have been given a courtesy not to be charged with my disability.
