Pros:

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und auch das Bad ist einem guten Zustand, wenn auch etwas klein. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück ist super.

Pros:

I booked the basic room and wished we had upgraded. The bed was adequate at best. Of the five employees we encountered at the front desk only one of them spoke enough English to answer my questions. The free breakfast had limited choices, but again,you get what you pay for. Our bathroom smelled like tobacco, which must have filtered in from another room. Our friends upgraded to a more expensive room and it was very nice. We will be making a trip to this area in a few months and unless we can get an upgraded room, we won't stay here again.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful but the room was not very comfortable, there were not enough of napkins or paper towels, dining area is too small, no microwave, no coffeemaker. Drinking hot water is in the hallway but water is warm not hot. There was not a place to put a suitcases, shower is very small and dangerous, sitting on the toilet i could brash my teeth. TV is too small. And elevator is horrible and too small. Overall I am impressed by outside look and hallways of the hotel but the rooms should be more comfortable and convenient.
