Muy buen desayuno, opción a locker gratuito y parking (por 12€ la noche). Las habitaciones muy tranquilas y de calidad más que suficiente, aunque el precio siempre está inflado en temporada de esquí, pero con cancelación gratuita hasta el día de antes, que se agradece. Personal muy amable y que solucionó un problema con las toallas (nos faltaban) al instante. Para ir a esquiar en general, si no te importa no estar a pie de pistas, un 10.

El ascensor pequeño y no llegaba hasta la planta 5, se quedaba en el 4.

O Quarto que deveria ser um arrumo!

Colchão era bom

Cons:

Para passar uma semana, deram-nos o quarto mais pequeno que tinham.
O hotel até podia estar cheio no dia de entramos, mas nos dias seguintes sobravam muito quantos online, e a METADE do preço que pagamos pelo nosso. Uma simples mudança teria mudado totalmente a nossa opinião.
O WC só deixa entrar uma pessoa de cada vez, e em volta da cama quase nem se circulava.

Pros:

Very nice staff, great location with shuttle bus just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, great breakfast choices and served dinner was excellent.

Cons:

Room was very tiny but clean. Could have a bit better lighting. Other than that it was very nice and clean.

The room is clean and staff at reception is friendly. The location is ok, quite near the free ski bus stop.

Cons:

We stayed there for a week and there were 3 times of fire alarm causing panic, twice at mid night 2am and another one around 11pm. This really damaged my kids sleep cycle and it was also a panic as outside was -7 and you were struggling to get kids dressed up and gone out of the room. If the hotel has smoke alarm you shall put signs everywhere that no smoke or vape as the frequency is crazy. Also the doors/windows are not good at noise cancelling so you can hear everything from the street and the corridor.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect - within a walking distance to the ski lift. A ski bus stop is also near, and a free shuttle is provided every 15 minutes. There are a couple of great supermarkets and a few restaurants nearby. I really liked the stylish and modern interior of the hotel. The room was spacious enough, and the bed was comfy. I also very much liked that there was a kettle. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were amiable. I would be happy to come back.
