Pros:

Reception is decrepit. The people at front desk at arrival: dirty,in disarray and not friendly. Hotel stairs and hallways very dirty(old carpets, dirty). Spa is a joke, whilpool water cold(75 degrees F) Hotel pretentious.

Très bel hôtel déco 1900 en plein centre
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé en zone piétonne avec un parking. Très jolie déco de 1900. Chambre spacieuse avec lit extra double de 2 m. Propre confortable..lit un peu extra ferme.
Très bon petit déjeuner dans une jolie salle. Personnel accueillant. Je recommande.

Parkplatz ist hervorragend. Die Lage von Hotel ist sehr gut, überall Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sauna-Bereich war sehr schön.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war schrecklich.
Das Hotel ist alt und schlecht renoviert. Das Personal war äußerst unfreundlich.
Das Zimmer war schmutzig, besonders das Badezimmer. Die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, und nachdem ich darum gebeten hatte, hat niemand reagiert.
Im Bad roch es stark und unangenehm nach Abfluss.
Der Check-in und Check-Out haben sehr lange gedauert.

Waren ein Wochenende zu viert in dem Hotel. Frühstück war mittelmäßig, da es an Brötchen gefehlt hat. Obstsalat gab es aus der Dose. Im Frühstücksbereich geht es sehr eng her. Im Poolbereich war die Armatur der Dusche kaputt. Auch der Duschkopf könnte mal entkalkt werden.

Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful.
Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary.
I would definitely stay here again.

Sehr schlechtes Speiseauswahl zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Es gibt definitiv bessere Hotels in der Umgebung

Simple breakfast for a 4 star hotel, accommodation ok, no room service, staff does not speak English very well. I was expecting more for a 4 star hotel, but it is not bad, just ok.

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was uns diesmal gestört hat ist die Tatsache, dass man beim Frühstück gefühlt eine halbe Stunde braucht um einen Kaffee zu bekommen. Ein langsamer Automat für alle Gäste ist einfach zu wenig. Das kann man doch ändern. Ansonsten immer wieder gerne.

Nice place, but not 4 star quality hotel. A/C is barely working. Felt like senior assisted living facility. Tiny pool, which used by individuals with skin problems, would never use it. A OK breakfast buffet, but I’d suggest to go somewhere else to eat. If you want to sleep at night, do not open the windows, it is loud. Other than that, it’s nice place to stay :-)

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kühlschrank defekt. Frühstück nur eine Kaffeemaschine…anstehen. Badezimmer modern, Sauna und Pool gut.
