Micul dejun totul este industrial ! Cand aveti doar un mic dejun de propus in ziua e o rusine cu 6 clienti, puteti macar face un mic dejun de casa cu un suc de portocale de casa ! -Galagia pe coridor-Lumina nu merge in camera-Frigiderul in camera nu merge- Toileta stricata e nevoie de o surubelnita- Cartel magnetic pentru camera nici macar merge bine.... Nu am fost informat ca restaurantul era pentru un grup de persoane, dar, rezervasem caci m-am bucurat ca pot manca seara, ei ar fi putut preveni din acest aspect inainte sa platesc pe sit sa nu caut neaparat un restaurant cand sunt frant de oboseala dupa calatorie. Nu este informat pe sit la momentul sa platesc ca o sa platesc taxe in plus cand ajung ! Oamenii care fac curatenia fac galagia pe coridor dimineata, oamenii platesc ca sa se odineasca e un lipsit total de respect pentru clientii si o lipsire de asemenea total de profesionalism grava ! Am intrebat o cafea, nu am putut sa ma instalez la mesele din restaurant, dar, la primire in care nu am instalat bine am trebuit sa beau cafeaua in camera mea... E o rusine !

Friendly hotel and would stay again.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely. Good location but in a built up family area. Supermarket nearby and restaurant on corner.

Cons:

The garden view was not pleasant. We were having to change rooms away into a booking as they were done separately from booking.com but the room we were after was not a good room. It had only a skylight. The manager was great in sorting it. The fuse went at 1am and the manager fixed it as soon as we told him.
Shower jeot falling off and could do with a bit of TLC.

Pros:

Avand in vedere preturile cazarilor pentru Brasov oferta proprietatii pare cea mai buna. Este o locatie acceptabila, foarte curata, situata la 2,5 km mers pe jos de centrul vechi. Patul confortabil, baia cu toate facilitatile functionale, camera (dupa a doua incercare:) spatioasa. Punctul forte este pretul. Pentru clasificarea 3× este ok.

Cons:

Camera repartizata initial nu era cea din foto de pe Booking (aparea la descriere o camera cat de cat spatioasa, nu mansardata, cu fereastra larga tip balcon, in realitate era o camera mica la mansarda). Prin amabilitatea fetei de la receptie mi s-a oferit o alta camera, foarte spatioasa si confortabila. Lipsea insa "vederea", fiind necesar sa pastram mereu draperiile lipite, din cauza blocului din imediata vecinatate. Frigiderul instalat de forma (ori nu functiona ori nu raceste deloc). Micul dejun slabut, in special amenajarea salii. In loc de mese mici (2-4 pers), sunt cateva mese mari rotunde de tip nunta (8-9 locuri) fiind nevoiti sa asteptati pana termina cineva de mancat. Dar ca nota generala a locatiei ok pentru pretul platit.

Очень приятная гостиница, номер большой, персонал приятный. Находится не в центре города и я бы не сказал что в пешей доступности до исторического центра нужно идти минут 40...
Рядом огромный супермаркет и автовокзал.

Cons:

Очень сильно не понравился завтрак,еда была несвежая, овощи плохого качества, кофе тоже не вкусный.
Было ощущение что повар использовал еду с предыдущих завтраков или ужинов.
Окна номера выходили на детскую площадку ... Приходилось закрывать окна и засыпать с кондиционером.

Pros:

Hotelul este pozitionat intr-o zona foarte linistita. Camera si baia foarte curate, mic dejun destul de bogat. Personalul de la receptie foarte dragut. Un mare plus este faptul ca au parcare. Recomand ca pana in Centrul Vechi sa luati un Bolt/Taxi( costa 15 lei), hotelul este aproape de Cetatea Rasnov, Dino Parc (25 minute cu masina), de Castelul Bran.

Pros:

Az ágyak , matracok minősége nagyon jó volt. Bőséges volt a reggeli. Jól beszélték az alkalmazottak az angol nyelvet, de sajnos Magyarul senki nem tudott, holott Erdély Magyar föld.

Cons:

Beszéljék a Magyar nyelvet. Alapvetően kedvesek voltak, a hotel minősége nagyon jó.
