Impeccabile
Pros:

Staff gentilissimo. Hotel collegato benissimo con il centro città, vicino alla fermata del tram, metro e treno. Pulito, ordinato e tranquillo. Lo consiglio. Torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Posizione ottima, a pochi metri da varie linee della metro e fermate di bus o tram. Staff cordiale e gentile. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Pulizia della camera e cambio della biancheria quotidiano. Consigliato!

Great stay, friendly staff and perfect location
Pros:

I had a really good stay and I’m very happy with the experience. The room was really clean and well looked after, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.
I also really liked the location. The area is quiet and peaceful, but very well connected to the city centre. In my opinion, it’s actually a much better option than staying right in the centre of Vienna, as you get a quieter place to stay while still being able to get everywhere easily.
We also had a problem with our bus during the trip, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to sort it out for us. We really appreciated that!
Overall, I’m very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

La ubicacion y la atención del personal.

Cons:

Estado de la habitación, una alfombra en muy mal estado, paredes sucias y bastante telarañas. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien. El baño no estaba bien limpio cuando llegamos. Los colchones también, muy viejos.
