Pros:

Aglow Hotel Harbour Bay truly made my Batam trip memorable! From the warm hospitality at check-in to the spacious, comfortable room, everything felt effortless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices, and I really appreciated the low deposit and affordable room extension fee. Being able to walk to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal was a huge bonus, especially for ferry travelers. It’s rare to find a hotel that offers great service, comfort, convenience, and excellent value all at once but Aglow Hotel delivered on all of them.

I ❤️ staff so friendly.. Like mr rezeki maulana so friendly n suggest gud place to go n gv hotel transport to harbour bay checkout tm n ms selvi gv us 30mins late b4 checkout.. Mr dion gv us good room fr 3 nights.. Tq Aglow.. We will repeat to sty thre again.. tq Aglow❤️

Breakfst ok... But in 3 mornings.. Feel like same menu... Chicken same taste...

Pros:

The hotel has a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable overall. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The breakfast selection could be expanded with more local dishes and fresh fruit options. Other than these minor points, my overall experience was positive.

Cons:

Hate that it is by a busy road side.. very noisy throughout the night couldnt sleep... also, netflix isnt working even after the technician came and spent 45 mins trying to fix the old smart TV

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Nice hotel staff brilliant. Harbour front easy to walk to with plenty of restaurants. Ferry from Singapore a few hundred yards away.
