Room service was very bad. It took them 4 hours just to do room service even after several reminder in advance.

We loved the room and found the hotel very pleasant overall. Some improvements are needed in the toilet, and the air conditioning was inconsistent and quite irritating at times.
The room is next to the roadside, so it is kind of noisy.
I would like to share feedback regarding our recent stay, which unfortunately involved several issues. We booked a deluxe room but were initially given a twin room, and staff insisted this was what we booked until I showed my confirmation. Although we were later upgraded to an executive room due to availability, the non-smoking room requested for my children was not honored, as it had already been given to other guests. We were then asked to move rooms the next day due to a regular guest’s booking, which caused unnecessary hassle, especially since it involved my children.
Additionally, despite requesting a late checkout until 1:00 PM, housekeeping entered my daughters’ room without knocking or confirming first. This was very concerning and could have been dangerous; proper checks and knocking procedures should always be followed, especially for families with children.
On a positive note, we appreciate the staff for keeping the cake my children left behind and arranging transport to the ferry terminal. However, providing a minivan instead of a car would be more convenient for families with luggage. Breakfast was acceptable but did not stand out.
Please review guest booking details more carefully, particularly for families, to avoid similar situations in the future.

No cleanliness , Toilet too small , Water too shallow . Breakfast was not that fabulous thou so Need more Improvement . Stay 2nd floor not very pretty sight at all .
