飯店人員訓練有素，非常有待客經驗。地點近臺南市政府和議會，是個適合走走的地方，附近有萬家福、輕井澤等商店餐廳，機能良好，也介於安平和市區景點之間，附有免費停車位但早到早停，晚上鬧中取靜是個住宿的好地方！

非常喜歡，安靜又舒適，能夠好好放鬆休息，服務也很棒！

住宿地點非常好，高鐵下來搭接駁車在永華市政中心下車，飯店就在過馬路的對面，可能因為是平日飯店幫我升等客房，是打開窗戶就可以面向市議會的房間，但我的房間也是挑了很久才選定的，所以服務人員尊重我讓我分別去這兩個房間看過再選擇我想要的房間。房間整體感覺非常舒適寬敞，而且非常的安靜，整個住宿過程中都沒有聽到其他雜音。早餐服務人員服務很好，看到我要烤麵包幫我把麵包放進烤箱還幫我噴水，烤麵包需要等2分鐘就先回座位，沒想到服務人員直接幫我把麵包端到座位上，那我受寵若驚，早餐有各式的煎蛋料理，只要把號碼牌放在那邊，煎好了服務人員會自動送到座位上，美味又好吃。這次住宿感覺整體都非常的棒。

Cons:

唯一一點點覺得不夠乾淨的是桌子上有一點灰塵跟飲料放的痕跡，還有浴缸用手清洗時摸到粗粗的，用手刷洗後就變滑了。

房間大丶附近吃的餐廳多丶有車位可停勝過許多旅店，可惜寬度稍微小了點。大致上都不錯。
