Struttura bella e moderna curata

Essendo sulla via principale della movida e nn essendo insonorizzata per nulla di notte nn si riusciva a riposare
Quando abbiamo richiesto vista mare nessuno ci ha specificato che si era sopra un locale con musica alta fino alle 3 del mattino. E la spiaggia era praticamente inesistente.

Disappointing. Not much choice for gluten free and generally not much choice. Didn’t go after day 1 of 6.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that meal times we could only sit in the restaurant. When my friend and I sat on the patio so we could have a good view of the sea ( like it was advertised on the website,( the beautiful view) we were met with “ you can’t sit here. It’s only for al carte. You’ve not paid to sit here” I found that rude and disrespectful given how much we paid and nothing in my itinerary said I shouldn’t sit there. There were hundreds of empty seats. The staff were prepared to put up a fight and said “ I will report you to the manager” I felt as a 45 year old lady I had been taken back to pre-school. Well I asked them to go ahead and get the manager and nobody arrived. Next we were being met with attitude by staff and they wouldn’t clear our dirty plates and avoided eye contact with us. So unprofessional and unnecessary.

Secondary, as a vegetarian and gluten free, there wasn’t much choice of food at all and needed to top up myself elsewhere. Food not labelled so you have to guess. I always asked for them to walk me round the hot food ( 6 dishes only, no more than 7) and tell me exactly what it is and even that they were not happy when I asked. So please if you have allergies or intolerance just be mindful.

The location is very good, just across from the sea, the bedroom is basic but had what I needed.

Cons:

The downside of the location is noise as it’s so close to bars and restaurants but I knew this in advance.

La situation est superbe ,le petit déjeuner génial surtout en bord de mer c est Sublime !!!très propre et personnel sympathique.Piscine petite mais agréable..serviettes de plage a dispo avec caution

L ascenseur ne fonctionne pas,des gens sont restés bloqués. Évitez les chambres près de l ascenseur et des escaliers, c est bruyant! Évitez les chambres coté intérieur.Vous avez un mur devant vous .c est sombre et franchement,j ai du allumer la lumière des 9h du mat ! Les transats sont payants 10€ par personne par jour..Attention taxe de séjour 10€ par nuit si vous venez en direct.

I really enjoyed the number 1 position, thank you very much.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is top.

There is a really good bar in the hotel that works until late.

I was in a suite, a very large room, fun, the view is simply crazy, the jacuzzi is a bit small for two people, but otherwise a great experience.

Cons:

There's really nothing bad to write about, only improvement.
Please add a few more sleeping pillows. One is a little bit and sometimes it doesn't fit anything, so you need another type of pillow.

Jacuzzi in the suite I understand that it's not a simple thing, but there's a balcony like this, really big. If they bring a big one, it would be a great improvement.
