They don't mention it's located on the 4th floor and no elevator .

Also Expedia let's you reserve the room for 3 adults
And when we arrived the said the room is too small
And no 3rd bed

So they gave us a foldable small bed

Sehr gutes Hotel. Sauber und ordentlich.
Würde es weiter empfehlen.
Personal war super.

nadie habla otro idioma que no sea ingles, son 5 pisos por escalera, y pisos largos!!! nos alquilaron una habitacion para 4, luego no tenian habitacion de 4 y no asinaron en una habitacion doble con un sillon hecho cama de una plaza y un catre que se rompio la primera noche y tuvimos que dormir en un colchon improvisado con batas y toallas. para darnos el catre nos quisieron cobrar cana extra y desconocian lo tratado con hoteles.com, alegando que no era problema de ellos no tener lo que se ofrecia en la pagina web. quisimos retrasar un dia la reserva porque se nos cancelo un avion y tampoco fueron flexibles oara eso.

The experience was basically OK, the room itself fairly basic. Wifi was good, the breakfast was very basic. The location was good, too.

However, the hotel either was not willing or able to register me/my stay with the Federal Migration Service according to the regulations. It remained unclear to me why this was the case. Despite numerous requests it did not seem that they would be completing the registration, and at one point the administrator said that they might not be able to complete the registration on time (in a 14-day stay!). It follows then that I really advise any non-Russians against staying here because it might get you into serious trouble with the authorities. For Russians and those unaffected by the need to register, it is a clean basic hotel in good location at an affordable price.

The hotel was easy to find, but noise was not an issue in our room despite its being at the front of the hotel.

Все очень понравилось. Чисто и уютно, ежедневная уборка, хорошая звукоизоляция, прекрасный приветливый персонал.
Бронировала по акции и ожидала какого-то подвоха, но так и не нашла к чему придраться)

Кошмар: на 5 этаж с багажом 25 кг без лифта, помочь некому, персонал - слабые женщины

The facilities at the hotel were disappointing eg poor wifi--just did not work. Hotel is located on 4th floor with no lift which is difficult with luggage. The worst aspect of our stay was the terrible smell/odour from the bathrooms--it was sickening and the staff were always spraying air freshener! Breakfast is self service--you have to make your own breakfast. They left out boiled eggs but they were always cold. Some of the double rooms are so tiny you can hardly fit in your luggage and leave space to walk around the bed. We got a larger room by chance--so they do exist! We had to move room 3 times because of sickening stench from bathroom.

En arrivant à l'hôtel nous avons constaté que celui ci était dans un immeuble avec la réception au 4° étage et les chambres au 5° étage sans ascenseur. Il a fallu que nous montions nos valises sans l'aide du personnel. Vu notre âge cela a été pénible. Dans votre description de l'hôtel on n'était pas prévenu de cette situation et si cela avait été signalé dans votre descriptif nous n'aurions pas pris cet hôtel. J'espère que vous tiendrez compte de mes remarques et qu'un tel désagrément ne se reproduira pas.

Отель очень чистый,недалеко от метро,персонал дружелюбный,номер весьма маленький,но это не сташно,приходили только переночевать.

Great standard/price.
Great location.
Great breakfast.
All is new and working well.
Only minus, no elevator and 4 floor. Also at night/weekend that place can be a bit wicked.

Einzigster Vorteil von diesem Hotel - es ist günstig.
In einem Wohnhaus wurden 3 Stocke für das Hotel umgebaut. Es wird gespart am Personal. Die Rezeptiondamen müssen das Frühstück für die Gäste selber vorbereiten. In 5 Tagen wurde im Zimmer nur 2 Mal das Bett anständig gemacht. Ansonsten wurde praktisch gar nicht aufgeräumt- weder der Boden wurde gewischt noch wurden Müllsäcke mitgenommen bis auf einen Tag. Lassen Sie sich den Eindrück von einer so schönen Stadt wie Sankt Petersburg von so einem Hotel nicht verderben. Zahlen Sie lieber etwas mehr und genießen Ihren Aufenthalt.
