Heel erg vervelend en de mogelijkheden om bij Booking hierover te reclameren zijn onvindbaar

Het verblijf vond niet plaats - dus geen oordeel mogelijk: zie verder

Cons:

Wij stonden op de afgesproken tijd voor een gesloten deur en kregen geen antwoord op het opgegeven telefoonnummer. Noodgedwongen 's avonds een ander hotel moeten zoeken.
Eerder al opgemerkt dat administratie niet hun sterkste punt was: de opgegeven aankomsttijd moest voor een 2e keer worden opgegeven en toen weer bevestigd: allemaal zonder effect

Nice location, everything is very near . port , shops, supermarket, restaurants and taxi and some picturesque spots also are just 5 min walking distance. And the lady of the reception is very nice & helpful.

Cons:

I just stay there only one day, may be thats why I feel everything okk.

Very helpful staff and amazing location
Pros:

The location is amazing and the rooms are well sized! The staff has been exceptionally helpful

Cons:

The only pain point for me was the stairs.. I am very thankful that my luggage was carried but still quite a few to go up and down

Lovely place.
Pros:

It was clean and well looked after. Very close to the port. An ideal place to stay.

Cons:

At the moment there are some building works going on near the entrance so we had to be careful when entering and leaving.

Fantastico anche se molto breve
Pros:

Ottima posizione. Camere molto piccole ma ben curate e pulite. Ci siamo dovuti fermare a causa della cancellazione del nostro volo per tornare in Italia, e nonostante il minimo preavviso (abbiamo avvisato neanche 20 minuti prima che saremmo arrivati per alloggiare una sola notte, alle 21:00) abbiamo trovato la camera pulita e sistemata.
