我們訂的是三人房，雙人床+一單人床，其中單人床也真的有夠迷你的，大隻的人可能容易跌下床。如果喜歡睡軟一點的床那康橋可能不適合，因為他們家的床偏硬。另外，晚上睡覺的時候，偶爾都會有蟲蟲爬過皮膚的感覺癢癢癢。每個房間雖然有兩個門，但是隔音效果不大好，門外旅客講話聲還是聽得都很清楚。
優點：飯店提供的下午茶、宵夜跟早餐品質真的都還不錯。房間雖然不大，但是整體視覺效果不錯。

Pros:

サービスが良く２泊しましたが、朝食のメインは前日と変えてあり美味しかったです。ウエルカムドリンクやアイスは自由に取ることができます。無料のコインランドリーが有るのも良いです。部屋は綺麗にリノベしてあり清潔でした。バスタブが無いのが少し残念です。あとホテルの立地が台東の市街地から少し離れていて、ホテルの自転車を借りて10分以上かかります。あと台湾南部のホテルは日本語が通じない場合が多く、コチラのホテルも日本語が分かるスタッフは１人だけみたいでした。

很棒、很有家的溫暖的住宿
Pros:

雖然裝潢不新穎，但是服務很貼心。
宵夜和早餐的食物雖然不是豪華型的，
但是口味都非常好，也都熱騰騰現煮的；補菜也補得很勤勞，完全不會有空盤的情形。
整體而言，十分值得推薦！

應該是整修過的關係，房間跟其他康橋分館比起來多了工業風，但較為昏暗的燈光卻與其他分館完全不同，比較難適應！但整體是很棒的！宵夜跟早餐小孩都超愛！

整體都很好，但這次住宿發現宵夜的內容選項變少了，食材感覺也都省成本，不太符合三人房或四人房的房價。下次去花東會考慮住別的飯店了

We've stayed in many Kindness Hotels before, but it was the first time to try out the one in Taitung.
Immediately on arrival, we were surprised by the great service - being greeted with an umbrella at the taxi, this kind of service is unusual for the brand.
Generally everbody in the hotel was super hospitable and tried everything to make our stay perfect (unfortunately it was only for one night).
The hotel offers free breakfast, late night supper, all day drinks, ice cream and small snacks.
The style is very nice with a traditional boat in the entrance hall. The rooms however are a bit run-down and outdated - luckily they're currently in the process of renovating and should be finished soon.
If you don't mind that it's a bit away from downtown Taitung, this is a perfect place to stay.

餐點(宵夜)好吃但設備老舊的飯店
Pros:

服務人員跟宵夜真的非常棒，宵夜種類豐富，也都很好吃。光是水果就有三種以上，茶葉蛋、米糕粥、芋頭粥也都很好吃。 但是飯店整體格局老舊，居然還是一般的鑰匙鎖開門，房間內地板的地毯不是太乾淨(沒有提供拖鞋，我們穿自己的新室內拖，結果鞋底都略黑)；
最大的缺點是床鋪太軟，睡起來腰酸背痛。
宵夜棒 跟 睡不好很難抉擇，希望能陸續更新一下硬體設施，相信會更好

優秀,有溫度的老飯店
Pros:

優點:
1.原訂雙人房,意外被升級成四人房,算是旅途中的開心驚喜,
2.入住後就可免費無限享用三種餅乾/飲料/冰淇淋,
3.八點的消夜時間也為我們免去一頓出外覓食的麻煩
4.房間隔音不錯,停車場也方便就在飯店後門,附近是住宅區所以沒有喧囂
5.雖說裝潢老式,但浴室內的縫隙都沒有黴的蹤跡,地板馬桶蓮蓬頭都是乾乾淨淨
6.早餐的服務人員piggy(或peggy)是個熱情十足的女孩,
不僅是為飯店加分,也為台東行銷,讚讚讚!!
7.沐浴用品分成男女專用,是一種貼心
8.消夜時段的飯店服務人員非常鼓勵大家盡情享用,不像一般飯店所提供的buffet總是斤斤計較就是怕人吃的心態
缺點:
1.床偏軟
2.房間空調聲音偏大
