We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Crete.
Pros:

The location was excellent and views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is and poolside bar and restaurant are great. We had one dinner at the Poseidon Dining room which was very nice. The beach is well equipped for water sports or for relaxing and includes a nice patio dining option for lunch.

Cons:

We had several small issues in our room but the staff were responsive to rectify them or provide alternative solutions.

Petit déjeuner buffet très bien . Piscine agréable avec une tres belle vue. Restaurant japonais moyen et tres cher. Restaurant Poseidon cuisine crétoise tres bien Plein de petits restaurants aux alentours tres bien (Elounda et Plaka) Location de bateaux sur la petite plage de l’hôtel tres bien . La plage est vraiment tres petite mais on peut se baigner et l’eau est tres belle . Le cadre de cet hôtel et la vue sont magnifiques .

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite et vieillotte. (Chambre supérieure méditerranéenne vue mer ) salle de douche très petite . Produits de douche de qualité tres médiocre pour un 5 étoiles . Service propreté correct sans plus .

אני מאד נהנתי מהמלון, הנוף עוצר נשימה, הבריכה והמתקנים נוחים, הצמחייה מטופחת וצוות העובדים מנומסים ומחויכים, ארוחת הבוקר טעימה והאווירה רגועה.

נקודת התורפה של המלון זה החדרים עצמם,
החדר בגודל סביר אך עם הרבה בעיות: ישנו חלון מול המיטה לנוף מדהים אך הוא היה מטונף ולא היה נעים להביט דרכו, המקלחת קטנה וללא דלת למקלחון כך שכל המים משפריצים החוצה ואז צריך ללכת על רצפה רטובה, ישנו מקוש דלת שמאד מרעיש במיוחד בלילה עם כל תזוזה של הדלת, התאורה של כרטיס החדר מסנוורת את כל החדר בלילה, כמו כן יש מעין צליל קבוע מחוץ לחדר של איזשהו מכשיר שאלץ אותי לישון עם אטמי אוזניים.

Pros:

Bra sängar och tyst air condition. Vackert arkitektoniskt byggt på sluttningen. Personalen var vänlig.

Cons:

Mycket dåligt med förvaring på rummet för kläder och i badrum. Väldigt litet rum. Högljutt brummande kylskåp. Trafikljud. Dålig belysning, speciellt sänglampan. Mycket tråkig matsal och buffé, dessutom väldigt dyr. Tråkig, smaklös frukost.

La struttura si sviluppa su terrazzamenti in verticale sul crinale di una collina che guarda la baia subito ad ovest dell’isola di Spinalonga (molto vicina). Abbiamo trovato eccellenti sia la sistemazione di base che i servizi offerti
(camera e letto molto confortevoli, SPA, palestra completa, spiaggia privata attrezzata, offerta culinaria inclusa la cena a buffet che abbiamo molto apprezzato per qualità e varietà e carta dei vini, piscina, servizi di noleggio imbarcazioni ), lo staff capace di prodigarsi in attenzioni che letteralmente coccolano gli ospiti, posizione appena defilata dal centro di Eloúnda e vicina alle magnifiche spiagge poste a sud di Agiou Nikolau permette di goderne la pace nello spirito di un vero resort.

Cons:

Il bagno in camera ha una porta che cigola di notte se si sceglie di tenere le finestre aperte, abbiamo risolto facilmente interponendo il tappeto… il frigobar è un pó rumoroso
