Bardzo przyjemny pobyt - DoubleTree by Hilton Kraków to jeden z najlepiej ocenianych przez nas polskich hoteli. Profesjonalna i grzeczna obsługa, ceny przystępne, super lokalizacja oraz udogodnienia na miejscu takie jak duży parking czy siłownia, basen i SPA sprawiają, że chce się tu wrócić. Bardzo podobał się się wystrój pokoju (i całego obiektu) pościel bez żadnych zagnieceń, wybór kosmetyków. Hotel godny polecenia z czystym sumieniem.

כמצופה מהילטון. שירות ברמה גבוהה, חדר מצוחצח, צוות אדיב מאוד. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. שירותי ספא חינמיים משעות הבוקר המוקדמות ועד השעות המאוחרות. המיקום אמנם לא קרוב מאוד למרכז (4 ק"מ) אבל מרוחק 7-8 דקות הליכה לרכבת הקלה שמובילה לשם.

Super śniadanie. Wybór tak duży, że aż nie wiadomo co zjeść. Kucharz na live station przygotowuje różne dodatkowe, ciepłe, świeże dania.
Rozmiar pokoi bardzo dobry. Nie za duży, nie za mały. Wyposażone dobrze.
Telewizor to pomyłka. No żeby w takim hotelu, telewizja obejmowała tylko... Telewizję? Wymeldowanie do 11, przy meldunku o 15 to trochę wcześnie. Podwójne pobranie opłaty za pokój hotelowy, to też coś czym nigdy się nie spotkałem i jest absolutnym skandalem.
Świetna lokalizacja, zwłaszcza w przypadku eventów na Tauron Arenie. Miła obsługa, czyste i dobrze wyposażone pokoje, wygodne łóżka, przestronna łazienka. Bardzo dobre śniadania.
