Výborné raňajky 😋

Cons:

Vo wellness centre boli k dispozícii uteráky nie hodné štvorhviezdičkového hotela a vôbec nevhodné do wellnes. Niektorí hostia mali problém ich pohodlne použiť kvôli ich malélu rozmeru. Inak, uprednostnili by sme do sauny skôr plachy.

Znakomity hotel, obsługa świetna, przepyszne śniadania, bardzo czysto w pokojach oraz natężenie obiektu. Polecam !

Cons:

Świetna atmosfera, przyjemny basen, czystko, przepyszne śniadania, bywam kilka razy w roku w różnych hotelach, lecz takich pysznych śniadań i takiego wyboru jeszcze nie miałam.

Restauracja, pokoje, udogodnienia.

Cons:

Niestety z całości mały minus za pomyłkę z pokojami. Dostaliśmy kartę do pokoju w którym były inne osoby. Weszliśmy śmiało i zaskoczyliśmy obecne tam osoby. Obsługa nie wiedziała co się stało. Po powrocie do recepcji otrzymaliśmy drugi pokój w którym jednak były dwa łóżka pojedynczy zamiast Amoqiknego jednego małżeńskiego. Po dosc długich poszukiwaniach przez obsługę za trzecim razem udało się znaleźć właściwy pokój.
Udana reszta pobytu zrekompensowała jednak początkowa niedogodność.

The staff were great as you would expect, the food was exceptional from the restaurant.

The gym amd spa facilities where not up to scratch for the money paid. The pool and hot tub was warm the first day and then cold there after. This was the only reason we choose this hotel otherwise we would have stayed in the centre of Krakow SO IF YOUR CONSIDERING THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE SPA -DONT..... AND IF YOU COMPLAIN THEY TRY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU DIDNT TELL THEM IN TIME, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM WHILST STILL WET IN MY TOWEL ROBE.... then the old Third party booking (Booking.com do you have a refund policy) means we can't deal with your request, poor EXCUSES, so they don't need to compensate for the facilitie issue... they even tried to tell us that the hot tub had need to be emptied because of an issue that's why it was freezing..... this was at 11am and the whirl pool was also cold and unusable. I assume because this was the middle of the week they chose not to heat the pool, completely unacceptable

I have responded to the messages sent and not had a response from the management since our return home a month ago.
