Cons:

Během pobytu se bohužel vyskytlo několik organizačních a komunikačních problémů.
Při příjezdu nebyl pokoj připraven včas, přestože byl předem nahlášen čas příjezdu mezi 14:00 a 15:00. Pokoj mi byl přidělen až po 15. hodině a navíc jiný, než byl původně rezervován.
Dalším negativem byla nejasná a nepřesná komunikace recepce ohledně platební preautorizace, kdy byly poskytovány protichůdné informace o použité platební kartě a odblokování prostředků trvalo déle, než bych očekával.
Problematická byla také organizace snídaní – opakovaně docházelo k dlouhému čekání na doplnění jídel, konkrétně na míchaná vajíčka jsem čekal více než 30 minut i přes opakované přísliby personálu.

Pros:

Czysto, pachnąco, elegancko. Obsługa recepcji opowiedziała wszystko co, jak i gdzie. Śniadania w tym hotelu to istna petarda...na pewno tam wrócę planując nocleg w Krakowie. Na powitanie dostaliśmy ciastko w recepcji a w pokoju czekało na nas wino, owoce i również jakieś słodkości co było dla nas bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem być może było to spowodowane datą w przeddzień 14 lutego.

Cons:

Jedyne do czego mógłbym się przyczepić to fakt że podróżowaliśmy we troje 2+1 (11 letnie dziecko) i były w pokoju tylko dwa zestawy szlafrok + klapki...ale to taka drobnostka która nam nie przeszkadzała.

Czysty obiekt z bardzo dobrymi śniadaniami. Obsluga bardzo miła i na wysokim poziomie

Brak informacji o zakazie korzystania z siłowni dla osób poniżej 16 roku życia.
Opis kosmetyków wyłącznie w obcych językach w hotelu znajdującym się w Polsce.
Brak nawet pojemników do płukania zębów, a drugiego dnia zabrakło papieru toaletowego - tej klasie obiektu nie może to mieć miejsca.
Fatalnej jakości poduszki, a rozkładana kanapa nie spełnia standardu hostelu nie wspominając o hotelu tej klasy
Również basen z godzinami wyłączenia możliwości korzystania dla dzieci
W pokoju brak ekspresu do kawy i jest czajnik z saszetkami kawy rozpuszczalnej

Bardzo fajny hotel blisko Tauron Areny.
Pros:

Podobała mi się strefa basenowa i sauny. Personel był bardzo profesjonalny i miły.
Kucharz na śniadaniu ewidentnie lubi porozmawiać z goścmi :-)) trzeba dać mu się jakoś wykazać bo marnuje się potencjał ;)
Proszę go pozdrowić od Pani, ktora poprosiła o omleta i zażyczyła sobie zbyt późno paprykę :D

Byliśmy na koncercie Havasi i pozostanie fantastyczne wspomnienie na długo.
Pros:

Jakość Hilton jest w każdym miejscu na podobnym poziomie. Tutaj też tak było. Personel przesympatyczny i pomocny.
