For a smaller street, quite the traffic. Day and night.

Hôtel à 2 pas de la mer.
Nous avions la chambre 1 : chasse d'eau HS, clim bruyante aussi bien dans la chambre que sur le balcon, clim impossible à régler car les ailettes étaient cassées.
Rue très passante.
Hôtel correct pour 2 nuits.

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Δεύτερη φορά επισκεπτόμαστε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Οικονομική λύση κοντά στα Χανιά και με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε παραλία. Ότι καλύτερο.

The room was cleaned every day.the beach is near,bus station.every thing is good.

Veramente molto carino, pulito e personale molto gentile. Zona molto buona in 15 minuti di auto si arriva a Chania centro. Super consigliato.

Καλό και καθαρό ξενοδοχειο. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντα στις παραλίες, σε εστιατόρια και καφετέριες.

+ Next to the beach, supermarket, bus station. Bwry nice people.
- Traffic noise.

Fint lite hotell, ikke veldig eksklusivt men koselig og greie rom. Problemet var naboenes hunder som startet å bjeffe i 7 halv 8 tida hver morgen. De var 4 hunder i nærmeste nabolag, som bjeffet i kor dagen lang. Måtte bare stå opp og komme seg ut, lite trivelig å sitte på balkongen i dette bråket. Synd, for ellers var hotellet helt greit og kunne gjerne bodd der ved neste reise, men hundene ødela idyllen!

Perfect position, nice rooms but eith a very small baths. The staff is very nice!!

Un hotel agréable, mais collé à la rue donc quelque peu bruyant.
Le personnel était absent à notre arrivée mais après un coup de téléphone il est arrivé rapidement. Ne nous voyant plus que deux au lieu de quatre il nous a proposé une autre chambre tout aussi confortable et propre que celle que nous devions prendre initialement. Nous avons finalement choisi de garder l'appartement pour 4 qui s'est révélé etre tres spacieux et agréable, avec une petite terrrassse vue sur le jardin du voisin ;)

Only problem was building work going on immediately opposite the hotel for the duration of our stay. Otherwise excellent for the price.

Ενα όμορφο,ήσυχο,πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο με ευγενικούς και εξυπηρετικούς ανθρώπους.Το δωμάτιο άνετο,με μπαλκόνι,μπάνιο και ψυγειάκι.Πολύ κοντά στην πόλη των Χανίων, στην παραλία Καλαμάκι.Διπλα υπάρχουν οτιδήποτε χρειάζεται κάποιος στις διακοπές του(σουπερ μάρκετ,ταβέρνες,κλπ)Ιδανική σχέση ποιότητας τιμής.Ειναι η 2η συνεχόμενη χρονιά που μένουμε εκεί στις διακοπές μας.

On arrival nobody on reception. Had to find the cleaner to call the owner for keys.The rooms smelt bad and beds was not over clean and hard to sleep in. Was woken at 7am from building work arcoss the road with lots of banging and building work going on. On leaving at 9am nobody was around so had to just leave the keys on the table in reception. Not a hello or goodbye from anybody. Thank god it was only one night.:@(

Abbiamo prenotato 3 stanze per un totale di 6 adulti. Prima di arrivare alla struttura ci siamo accertati che non ci fossero problemi con un late check in (chiamato 3 giorni prima e 2h prima).
Appena arrivati (era tarda notte, passate la mezzanotte) il proprietario ci ha detto che aveva solo due stanze e che avremmo dovuto dormire in 3 in una stanza da 2 (con due letti singoli uniti). Non abbiamo accettato (anche perché avevamo già pagato le tre stanze) e lui ha iniziato a dire che non aveva soluzioni. Abbiamo dovuto insistere perché chiamasse qualche struttura con una doppia. Dopo 3-4 telefonate ci ha detto che era tutto pieno e che avremmo dovuto accontentarci delle due doppie. Abbiamo ancora insistito alzando un po' la voce e nel frattempo abbiamo cercato su internet. Lui si ostinava a dire che fosse tutto pieno, ma noi vedevamo posti con disponibilità ad un prezzo leggermente più alto. Alla fine .... dopo più di un'ora e mezza di discussione si è convinto a chiamare un hotel indicato da noi (a pochi metri da li), a portarci e a pagare la doppia.

bathroom could be redone, bed ok, modern tv
people are living around so we can hear cars and motobike but its a small town so quiet in general
beach down the road
2 supermarkets at 5 mn
few restaurants around
place for relaxing and the beach
no music on the beach, no dancing or noise around !!! for me paradise

Smutsigt, städad toalett och tvättade kuddar när vi kom. Trasigt överallt. Positivt med AC och teve i alla rum. Störande ljud och grannar långt in på morgonen.
