Pros:

This property is beautiful. It has a few pools (one is heated) and a few jacuzzis. The views are amazing, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are really clean.

Only used it for one night, but overall food and staff was good. Heated pool closed to early in my view. In addition, when I tried to utilize the bar on the top was too full. Night club was empty.

The restaurant is great and the Imperial Suite had a great view. The gym was my only issue. Small and some equipment was broken. Staff really friendly.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMERS THEY ARE OFFERING VACATIONS PACKAGES THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FULFILL STEALING YOR MONEY WITH PROMISES I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES TO SEE IF I BE ABLE TO SAVE SOME OF MY money
I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE OWNERS OF LOS RECUERDOS LET THIS PEOPLE TO STEAL PEOPLES MONEY USING THEIR PROPERTY
