Pros:

Strávili jsme pouze jednu noc, bez snídaně. Pokoj prostorný, koupelna taktéž. Pár kroků od náměstí, k Budvar aréně pár minut pěšky. Velmi pohodlné matrace a výborně odhlučněná okna, z ulice nebylo slyšet vůbec nic. Pokoj světlý a čistý.

Good location.

Cons:

Needs a lot of renovation. Our room only had a power socket, only for the TV. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone...
The toilet was not fixed on the floor and was wobbly and because of that was dripping water from the drain inside the bathroom.

Hotel needs more care
Pros:

We decided to stay here to reduce the cost of a long trip and this hotel was very reasonable in terms of price.

The room is quite large and counts with a mini fridge which is quite useful.

Another thing to note is how close it is to the main square, with lots of restaurants around the corner and a park with a playground.

While breakfast is very basic, food is actually nice, also if you pay separately from the room, it’s really not expensive.

We requested an additional bed for our child and they kindly provided it, while communication with the staff was limited, they did try their best.

Cons:

The property needs refurbishing ASAP but in the meantime; small updates can make a huge difference, for example: the shower bar comes off, the toilet paper holder screws are off, the standing lamp did not work, the carpet looks very old and dirty, I saw a old stain in the sheets (they were clean though) that has not come off (throw it away!) etc. Some of these can easily be fixed, like the WiFi password for example, the one sent by email vs provided at hotel don’t match. The lack of plugs next to the bed, missing pillows, etc.

Also FYI, this hotel doesn’t count with their own reception so there is nobody there to help, everything is managed by another hotel around the corner (this is quite strange as they don’t seem to belong to the same brand of hotels) which means that check-in/out plus requests or even breakfast happen there. This is absolutely not a problem however, nothing was communicated at check-in. Again, it’s the small details that make a difference, you don’t need a luxury property to have a great experience.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, direkt im Zentrum. Ich war als Einzelperson in einem 4 Bett-Zimmer unter dem Dach. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht, ist einfach eingerichtet. Die Rezeption war in einem anderen Hotel um die Ecke, dort gab es auch ein gutes Frühstück.....

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass ein normales Bettlaken über die schmuddelige Matratze gelegt wurde, das ständig verrutscht ist, also weder ein Matratzenschutz noch ein Spannbetttuch waren vorhanden. Das fand ich ekelig.

Ubytování je na skvělém místě, přímo v centru.

Cons:

Vše bylo relativně čisté. Místo každodenního měnění ručníků, by pokojské mohly lépe vysát, všude po koberci byly chuchvalce vlasů.
