Cons:

1) the canteen charged repeatedly for dinner. I came back to claim back but the canteen employee said the service fee cannot get returned. Why I have to pay service fee twice especially when you overcharged me and without any appologize but taking it as granted ?? Even though eventually i argued back, i dont think this is a good manner.
2) When i check out, i didnt get the invoice and tried several times to contact the hotel via email but with no response.
In a word, its not a well-organized hotel at all....

Cons:

Bra och trevligt boende, men minus för frukostbuffén som känns slarvigt genomförd. Torrt bröd, färdiga pannkakor. Inte den fingertoppskänsla man förväntar sig av ett sådant hotell, och för det priset.

Wonderful.
Pros:

The staff was adorable. Very helpful notably with the boats to get to the island end of October. The hotel is chic and cosy at the same time. The food is excellent : we had breakfast twice and diner twice ; Each time it was perfect. We loved our stay there.
