Vi försökte få ett lite tidigare tillträde och fick svar av manlig receptionist att det var snart klart och att vi skulle hålla oss i närheten. 9 min före ordinarie incheckning fick vi veta att vår lägenhet inte var tillgänglig. Vi kunde få en svit istället. Med två små barn och inhandlad middag var det inte intressant för oss. Vi fick blev då ”uppgraderade” till ett hus istället för lägenhet. Dvs ytterligare ett sovrum som vi inte hade behov av. Det skulle bli klart om en kvart. Vi gick dit och städning var inte påbörjad. Vi fick vänta utanför och fick slutligen tillträde 30 min efter utsatt tid. Klart besvikna på hantering och bemötande. Kodlås på vår ordinarie lägenhet fungerade inte och det hade man kunnat tala om direkt. Nu kände vi oss knappast välkomna trots dryga 7 000 kr för en natt utan frukost. Jag fick veta att vi blivit uppgraderade utan ytterligare kostnad vilket vi tydligen skulle uppskatta.

Vi fyller år i början på April båda två, så vi brukar fira det själva innan familj och barnbarn dyke
Pros:

Mycket bra, perfekt, fanns ju allt vad man kan begära till frukosten, kvällens middag var också bra, trevlig personal, vi har varit många gånger och hoppas kunna komma tillbaka

Poolen var lite sliten, men det fanns ju öl,,,

Magiskt fint, god mat och fantastiska omgivningar!

Cons:

Badrummet var jättefint, och sängar och kuddar toppen, men tyvärr var kylanläggningen i rummet trasig och surrade i omgångar.
