- one of the three water slides was not working
- there weren't enough free sunbeds, there were a lot of sunbeds without people, but with towels

Almost everyone is very friendly, service is good

Cons:

Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, one supervisor in a white shirt at the restaurant was very rude. He asked me to leave after I had already entered the restaurant, and I felt embarrassed and offended. I also saw other guests dressed differently being allowed to stay. Very disappointing.

Türk Bakış Açısı
Pros:

Otelde alakart restoranlar dışında 3 farklı restoranın ve çeşitli havuzların olması gayet iyiydi.

Havuzların hemen yanı başında içecek temin edebileceğiniz barlar mevcuttu. Aynı şekilde sürekli olarak havuz ve deniz için temiz havlu temin edebildik.

Yemekler konusunda Türk mutfağından ürünlerin olması da gayet iyi olmuş.

Otel müdürü Mehmet Bey otele giriş yapar yapmaz bizi karşıladı. Piaono kafeye Türk kahvesi makinesi de almışlar her akşam yemeği sonrası kahvemizi yudumlamak çok iyi hissettirdi.

Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü insanlardı. Bu konuda herhangi bir olumsuzluk hiç yaşamadık.

Otel havaalanına yakın olduğu gibi ücretsiz havaalanı servisi olması bizi rahatlattı.

Otelden ne zaman çıkış yapsak ve taksiye binsek güvenlik mutlaka bizim oda numaramızı ve taksi plakasını not alıyordu. Bizim güvenliğimiz açısından alınan bu önlem gerçekten etkileyiciydi.

Otelin sahile yakınlığı ideal seviyede. İskeleden denize girip resifleri ve rengarenk balıkları hemen izleyebiliyorsunuz.

Bardaki canlı müzik ortamı kesinlikle hoşumuza gitti.

Özellikle Sunset Restoran ve B1. Kattaki ismini hatırlamadığım restoran kesinlikle en iyisiydi.

Bize İtalyan alakart restoranında bir akşam yemeği hediye edildi, bundan da gayet memnun kaldık.

Otelin bahçesi ve peyzaj çalışması harikaydı. Çok iyi bir manzarası vardı. Balayında olduğumuz için oda süslemesi jesti de güzel oldu.

Büyük amfide dünya kupası finali için bile organizasyon kuruldu, gayet güzeldi.

Cons:

Odalardaki mobilya ve perde gibi eşyalar otele yakışmayacak derecede eskiydi ancak otel odasında vakit geçirmeyeceğimiz için çok önemsemedik.

Tavuk şişelerde kıkırdıklar çıktı sürekli ve sosislerin dış yüzeyi son derece kalındı sebebini anlamadık.

Havaalanından otele transfer için karşılama var, Mini bar giriş günü alkolsüz soft içecekler ile dolduruluyor.,Türk aşçı şefi olduğu için yemek konusunda sıkıntı çekmedik, odamız relaks havuza bakıyordu, havuzları sonsuzluk havuzu ve relaks havuzu çok iyiydi, havuz başı ve oda temizliği görevlileri işlerini severek yapıyorlar, tüm çalışanlar saygılı, otelin genel müdürü Türk (tanışamadık) Mehmet bey gerçekten iyi iş çıkarmış, yorumlara bakarak denemek için bu otelde 3 gün kaldık, şimdi daha pahalı geçen sene kaldığımız otele geldik, çok eksiklik ve aksilik yaşadık, seneye kesinlikle Reef Oasis Blue Bay otelini tercih ederim.

Cons:

Deniz için sadece şnorkel ile girilir, tatlı büfesi geliştirilmesi lazım, Mısır alkolleri iyi değil, kokteyl olursa içilebilir.

Fantasztikus 13. Napot töltöttünk ebben a szállodában. Nagyon jol éreztük magunkat nagyon tiszta volt minden a szoba az etteremek es nagyon nagyon kedves a személyzet. Sajnos sok az orosz vendég,habár azt olvastuk korabban h a vendégek 60 % olasz ez nem igy van. Az oroszokkal csak annyi a baj h bunkók,es lekezelo a viselkedesuk a személyzettel. Magyarokkal a 13 nap alatt 2 alkalommal találkoztunk annyira nem elterjedt a magyar vendégek körében. Mi a 6 etterem kozul 3 étteremben ehetünk ezek kozul a legjobban a Sunset Court tetszett,a tisztasági annyira figyelnek h külön takarító áll az étterembe es ha leesik egy morzsa azonnal törli,az ajtón az üveget folyamatosan törlik közben a vendégek után ha valaki megfogja. A fő pincér úr nagyon kedves bármilyen óhajt sóhajt les es azonnal intézkedik,ugyanitt a pincér fiúk kivétel nelkul mind nagyon rendes kedves mintha soha nem lennének fáradtak pedig nagyon pörgős a hely.

Good experience, can be better in multiple fronts.
Pros:

Great hotel, the general manager Mr. Mehmet Aydin makes the hotel run smoothly with regular on-site audits and checks.

Adult pool is silent and amazing.

Cons:

Too many Russians, feels like Moscow. We almost had a fight with one group who was rude and loud.
Food quality is not always consistent.
The reef swimming area is very limited.
Pool cleanliness can be improved.
Staff doesn’t serve drinks regularly on pools/beach.

What a great experience. From the the minute we have arrived. we have had a great experience and the most warm welcoming from mr (walid) at the reception he was very helpful and has made our experience great. Big thank you to Mohamed at the room service. Also mohamed at the sunset restaurant was very friendly and wonderful. Got to say everyone was friendly and kind that made our stay special. Will differently come back again. Thankyou everyone :)
