Incredible snorkelling, big rooms, beautiful pools
Pros:

Beautiful resort, the reef was incredible and the entire reason I booked this place. I spent hours every day snorkelling. It was excellent. Staff are lovely and friendly and remember you, rooms are huge. Food was very decent for an all inclusive. Having a room to shower and change it when I checked out was much appreciated.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. After arriving at the hotel, we were informed that only families and couples are allowed, but this was not clearly stated before booking. We asked to speak with the manager, but he refused to meet us. We were then asked to cancel the reservation ourselves and pay a cancellation fee. A 5-star hotel should clearly display such an important policy before guests make a booking. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time.
