Kleines Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel ist sehr gut zu erreichen und es sind viele kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden. Ruhig gelegen. Ca. 10km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

room was clean & at least you could open the window in the room to let in fresh air
Outside beer garden was nicely done.
Lobby was nicely decorated and plenty of seating.
bathroom very small & no ventilation in bathroom, no fan or anything to clear mirrors. No lights for bathroom mirror etc
had to ask for cups & toilet roll after room clean on first morning, the dirty cups had been left in our room
Dinner & drinks very expensive £25 for a main is dear. kept having to send back drinks as they went dead before we even got back to the table.....
leisure centre very dated and in need of upgrade. even wanted to charge for outside hot tub, never stayed anywhere before where you had to pay for hot tub or jacuzzi..... it should have been included in cost of stay as it was expensive enough to stay
you'd nearly pass out in the toilets for the bar/restaurant as the radiators were on full blast.
Needs to be a bit of a tidy up done in the grounds coming up to the hotel from the bottom carpark.

Could add a fan or a.c to the rooms for summer nights.
Great location and very clean and friendly from the gorgeous receptionist to the lovely lady who served our Dinner and came and sat with us the next day. We will be back

Good location for travelling around.
Did not realise until we unpacked that room had disabled facilities including "wet room " type walk in shower. Had I realised prior to unpacking I would have requested a room without these facilities which are too low for comfort and get too wet. As far as I can remember I was not asked and did not request such facilities at time of booking.
Room was on ground floor and luckily weather such that windows did not need to be opened; if required to be opened then security would be very compromised as no opening limit available so they would have probably remained shut.
Mussels starter first night very disappointing. Food generally ok but nothing to write home about.
Could not get away from background muzak in lobby or restaurant which could be too loud and only occassionaly recognisable to us oldies. At least did turn level down on request at breakfast.

dinner in restaurant bit slow coming with drink orders guy came twice to our table with wrong drink order he was lovely though

COMFY BED , GREAT STAFF , WELCOME CHOCOLATE AND PROSECCO WAS A NICE WELCOME .
ROOM WAS OK , FOR THE PRICE I PAID I EXPECTED MORE ( BIGGER ROOM , COFFEE MACHINE INSTEAD OF INSTANT COFFEE ) . BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT NOT GREAT FOR A 4* HOTEL .
