The staff were great, especially the bar staff.
The room view was looking at an old run down shed, the tv had no picture, the wifi wasnt working and the toilet seat was broke.room was basic enough.
We stayed here as it was near kingsbridge hospital so it was good to be near that. The hotel itself is remote in terms of you couldn’t really just go for a walk you’d need a car to go around the area. All staff we spoke to were great, especially reception she was so nice. The food in the restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast
Quite tight walking with a buggy to and from room, mainly around the bend to enter corridor then when fire doors are closed it felt like an obstacle course getting through them with the buggy and bags
Great 👍
Restaurant was good. Room was adequate. Spa not used. Reception excellent.
Room was adequate but not luxoury. Swimming pool water appeared cloudy therefore not used. Location is difficult to reach and therefore we found hotel hard to locate on arrival in Londonderry.
Reception, Bar and restaurant were clean.
Room wasn’t great, very dusty. First night we were woke at 4am to 6.20am from a woman screaming next door. Beds so uncomfortable.
