Big rooms
Dinner overpriced with the expensive steak being very fatty. £155 a night with no breakfast included is very disappointing and incredibly overpriced
Staff were so helpful hotel was spotless facilities where great. Had a great night's sleep comfortable beds very quiet. Food was lovely too.
I loved it all from start to finish
The staff were very helpful and friendly the hotel was clean and the bar food and breakfast was very good.
The revovations are a huge upgrade and it will end up a fab place. Staff we lovely and the food was incredible really really lovely. We would definitely return and will keep an eye for completion of renovations.
Obviously the renovations do take from it but totally understand. Rooms are lovely but awfully warm we slept very poorly down to the heat. The leasure facility are a let down but presume they are part of future renovation plans. The outside doesnt have massive kerb appeal but again presume thats all in the plan. We werent made aware of the renovations before checking in
Great room
Dirt on the room floor
Broken shower door
Restaurant options were poor. If you dont want to have a 2 or 3 course meal there nothing for you.
Not so much a spa facility and a kids pool party
It was quiet at night and a good sized room. Bathroom was nice
Pool was cold. Spa was okay. Didnt feel like much of a special serene space. Breakfast could be better but as expected for the type of hotel
The bar
Spa was fully booked
Good location, food was lovely!
Having to pay £30 for 30mins in the hot tub seemed a bit much especially for hotel guests. Fair enough peak hours/busy days but no one else was there when we were and during our 30mins it started raining and there is no shelter over the hot tubs
Really nice hotel, large warm room with a super large bed and comfortable chairs. A large walk in shower with good hot water. Good restaurant with food with an Eastern flavour. Restaurant staff were tremendous. So helpful towards our handicapped friend. Absolutely lovely dinner experience as a result. Very highly recommended.
