Not a 4 star hotel service, overpriced and disappointing

Cons:

No Wi-Fi in the room, smell of sigarette in corridor and room, one day very poor breakfast, second day better breakfast option but 40 minutes to prepare (pancakes and French toast) when only other 2 tables were occupied. Toilet seat broken in the room. On second day stay bathroom sink was not cleaned (toothpaste stains) and shampoo/ shower gel were not refilled.

I had a booking and need to change it because my work schedule changed. The hotel wouldn’t let me change the date.

I would return
Pros:

Comfortable, cosy, and very relaxed. Staff very friendly. Very comfortable beds, clean bathroom, GREAT shower.
We had free access to the jacuzzi

Cons:

Food was good but so very expensive
Far out from town but we knew this in advance.
