Pros:

Місце в якому знаходиться готель дуже чудове. Я жила 4 ночі на самому верхньому поверсі з краєвидом на місто,та озеро. Готель знаходиться на горі,тому краєвид неймовірно чудовий.
Але кімнати потребують вже ремонту, бо навкруги тріщини,забиті брудом. Постільна білизна була сірого кольору та старими плямами, полотенця також. Кондиціонер гудів день та ніч як трактор. Тому спати спокійно не вдалося. Я вегетаріанка,і для мене не було достатньо вибору їжі. Ще - сніданок закінчувався о 09.00 годині. Я у відпустці, тому чому я мушу дуже рано вставати,щоб встигнути поснідати. Я приходила о 08.45 - вже працівники збирали зі столів.
Персонал дуже ввічливий.
Тому для того, щоб просто переночувати одну ніч - годиться. Але насолодитися відпочинком - не підходить.

Worth every penny for the services rendered

Would recommend for short stay in Kandy if you are on budget

Excellent staff. Hotel
Itself is typical 3 star bit very clean. Had a problem with my air con. I was immediately moved to a different room and given free breakfast.

Wonderful stay at Senani, Kandy
Pros:

~ Exceptional staff - the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Special mention to Indika (manager), Chathura (receptionist), and Wicky (waiter); thank you for making our stay special.
~ The location is great on the hilltop, has wonderful views and is close to Kandy town.
~ Great food: staff served us food in the room when we had difficulty getting to the restaurant; really thoughtful especially when travelling with kids.
~ The facilities are great with a nice swimming pool.
~ I even received a gift upon checkout!!

It's definitely the place to stay if you're around Kandy!!

The hotel is great with exceptional staff.
Balcony safety could be better especially for guests with young children. Overall, great choice!!

The food at this hotel was great, room was a bit compact but clean.
Pros:

The Staff were very helpful. We like the view and being elevated.

Cons:

The swimming pool needed a bit of maintenance, the water look a bit murky.

Pros:

The coldest AC of any of the places I stayed in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was sufficient - the grilled pineapple was probably my favorite.

Cons:

Tried relaxing by the pool and children in the attached restaurant kept throwing water on me. Couldn't have the ceiling fan and AC on at the same time - would've been nice when first entering the room but fortunately cooled down quickly.

God hotel og god service.
Pros:

Hotel Senani har et meget venligt personale. God buffe/mad og god service. Der er pool og en hyggelig stemning. Pænt og rent. Der er mulighed for en drinks eller en kold øl i baren/restauranten. Dog kunne der godt bruges et par stole på balkonen til værelset. Der er mulighed for at se aber af og til ude på nabotaget. Der flyver flagermus rund om aftenen, man kan se dem fra restauranten.
