Location is perfect with nice and safe car park (very important) , it’s clean and comfortable hotel and the respectful lady Nicaria is managing the customers services well and also her behaviour is really adorable and perfect.

Cons:

Sometimes there is no soap and shampoo in washing area

Hot!!! No air con and terrible fan!
Pros:

Lovely old building, close to centre of town. Nice court yard. Lovely staff

Cons:

Room was soo hot and uncomfortable. Became so hot and uncomfortable getting ready that it almost ruined the night out. Didn’t realise we had to brig own towels.

Pros:

Convenient location. Good because you will not want to spend time here.

Cons:

Overpriced for what is essentially a hostel.

Reception is constantly unstaffed and do not pick up their phone. Good luck dropping off or collecting luggage early.

Rooms and shared facilities were dirty.

People would leave their hotel room doors open and watch as you pass by. Felt weird and uncomfortable.

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Staff seemed like they were under the influence of something. It seemed very disorganised and overall a really dodgy/ unsafe vibe. Had to call several times and wait to even check in as there are no admin staff attending and building was locked. No soap in the toilets and dispenser was actually broken. There was a cleaning toilet sign for days that didn’t get moved so I don’t think they had cleaning staff actually working/ doing their job. Fridge / common area wasn’t clean, carpets are old, floor is creaky. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for females travelling alone either.

It's cheap, but not value for money.
Cons:

Cold showers whilst staying there.
Heat in the room is unbearable. The fans don't cut it with heat pouring in in the afternoon, even with the blind down.
The refrigerator in the common room, looks like a murder scene inside and then has not been cleaned on the outside. Looks like CSI Freemantle have finger printed on the outside and still not clean.

Pros:

Good location, has secure parking..Price is low, 5 minutes from centre of Freo.

Cons:

As stated in the description of the hotel, it is an old building, at least they are transparent, so one definitely can’t complain about the condition of the accomodation.
