Very old and outdated hotel, more like a back packers than a hotel

Pros:

Very clean, the staff were super helpful and friendly.
Love the personal greeting on the bathroom mirror it was a nice welcoming touch.

Cons:

Parking was to small and expensive for not being proper bays and not sheltered.

Australia Hotel
Pros:

It was clean, had a fan, a window you could open & filtered drinking water so you fill up your water bottle, I had a room opposite the shared bathroom which was helpful. The location was easy walking distance to Fremantle main centre.

Cons:

It could be noisy from the resturant, the outside carpark on the harbour side and the main road. it was expensive for what it is given no ensuite bathroom. The main light needs a new globe. The lighting needs to fixed!

Reception a big issue
Pros:

Rooms good size and clean, good location for town, beach and railway station

Cons:

Reception hours, only from 0900 to 1600.
As room availability from 1500 and Reception unmanned an hour later gave rise to complications booking in.
I was arriving early morning and booked an extra night, finding the hotel locked in rang the number displayed on the hotel door for out of hours receptionist and got an answerphone twice!

Agende una pieza familiar de cuatro camas y me dieron una para dos con camas individuales.
Los baños no tienen shampoo, acondicionador ni jabón.

Not what we expected for a hotel stay
Cons:

Check-in was a hassle. We arrived late, which the property was aware of. We called ahead to say we were at the airport, but when we arrived we still had to call again and wait for someone to come and let us in.

There were no towels available on arrival because they said they often get stolen, so we had to wait until the next day before we could shower.

The property felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with shared bathrooms that were not cleaned daily, which was disappointing.

We stayed for eight nights and our room was not cleaned once during our entire stay.

Comfortable, reasonably priced but noisy
Pros:

Great location by the train station, reasonable price and super friendly check In Guy! Communal showers were spotless.

Cons:

Pretty creaky floorboards which they need to replace and not the most soundproofed of hotels so don’t stay here if you’re easily woken. very dated common area.

Pros:

The internet was good because our room was directly above the office. Room size was good, location was excellent. Bed comfort ok. Good car parking even though it looked like a difficult task on the booking page which was a nice surprise.

Cons:

No kitchen facilities only a crowded fridge, paper cups, no cutlery or plates etc. No hot water on the first floor for the 4 days we stayed. Only available on the second floor. Lighting in the room was dreadful, only 2 lamps no overhead light,
