The staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartments are well located for everything in and around Krakow. We loved the restaurants we tried from the recommendations in the welcome pack in the room. Thank you

If you have the chance, give this lovely little tucked away place, a whirl! My only disappointment was the WIFI was unstable and weak, so I couldn't do my work but otherwise, absolutely wonderful.

Only in krakow.
Pros:

Kind people. Our trip to a attraction was in the early time of morning, the staff made us a breakfast to go. Because we would miss the breakfast at the hotell.
Problem solvers.

Dont be discuraged by the look of the outside of the hotell. The inside is amasing and modern.

Better stay in the winter days?
Pros:

The hotel fasade looks abandoned which was quite worrying for me, but we arrived early to check in and were greeted with a lovely receptionist, which tried to find us a room and kindly directed us to a nearby parking.

Unfortunately thst is where the postives ended for us as when we went up the room it was extremely warm, although the fan and windows were open. It was 27c ourside. The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning of any kind or a lift... so this may be suitable for the winter time more than summer days.

Pros:

I was traveling with my nephew to Zakopane and decited to stay in Krakow for the night. The location and the price was fabulous!
We had a modern, fresh, clean and comfortable room. Nice and safe location with a little gated courtyard... Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Overnight great experience! Recommended.

Great location, very friendly staff, breakfast is like no other. Only negative was we had a room by a loud group of college students and could hear them throughout the night.

Pros:

Lovely clean hotel in a fab location. Staff were helpful, booking our trips and transfers. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate, epsecially considering the very reasonable cost to stay.
Hotel has just decorated ao looked very fresh.
Only criticisms, bottled water not replaced daily and twin beds pushed togther in our room meaning there was a wood participation between us.

Great value & Great location
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights, booked a standard double room they put us in a family room which was quite large but the bed was up against the wall. Clean , nice modern bathroom, great shower pressure however the bed was hard as a rock and did not get a good night sleep which can effect your hole trip. Breakfast was included which was adequate. Approx 8 min easy walk into the main old square. Located off a Main Street behind Iron gates in a court yard so nice and quiet, but sign outside not lit up and does not stand out. Booked a transfer which the hotel Organised to the apartment from the airport cost us 90 pln and when we left a taxi cost us 50 pln. Reception not very informative
