Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, der Aquapark noch ausbaufähig.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Wir waren mit Kinderwagen unterwegs, es gibt überall befestigte Wege und es sind nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum wo es ausreichend Restaurants gibt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und es gibt alles was man braucht. Im Skiraum haben wir Kinderwagen und Fahrrad vom Großen unterstellen können.

Cons:

Der sogenannte Aquapark, war eigentlich Hauptgrund für die Buchung des Hotels. Wir waren einmal drin, das Wasser ist mehr als kalt. Der Kinderbereich aufgrund dessen nicht nutzbar mit Baby. Wir haben 1,5 h im Wirlpool gesessen und sind nie wieder rein.

Abendliche Küche zu regional erstellt, qualitativ gut, aber teilweise sehr speziell tschechisch. Vorabinfo über den Speiseplan fehlt.

Cons:

Byl jsem v hotelu ubytovaný na 2 dny. Na recepci mi však naúčtovali 532 Kč za parkování, přestože jsem přijel bez auta a parkování jsem vůbec nepotřeboval. Bohužel jsem si této položky na účtence všiml až po návratu do Prahy.

Velmi mě mrzí, že mi hotel naúčtoval takovou částku za službu, kterou jsem vůbec nevyužil, aniž by se mě předem zeptali, zda jsem přijel autem. Takový přístup považuji za velmi neprofesionální a jsem z něj zklamaný.

Pros:

Помешкання чисте та уютно . Но заплатити сумашедші гроші тільки за кімнату ! У букінгу не вказано що там все треба оплатити сніданок вечерю обід парковку басейн сауну і навіть дань за кожний день перебування плюс кімнати в іншій будові ти їдеш у басейн з двору і назад мокрий повертаєшся і до того ти неможиш заплатити за день басейн а тільки дві години 350 кр бомба 😡і слідкуєш за часом щоб устигнути ще перебратися щоб вчасно вийти ніяких розваг ніц просто ужас просто не раджу нікому туди їхати !!!!

Výborná lokalita - vše nadosah - dětské hřiště, lanovka na Medvědín. Krásný aquapark hned vedle ubytování. Jídlo výborné, velký výběr. Pokoje tiché, žádný hluk z ulice či z okolních pokojů. Pro rodiny super.
