Please note: It is not possible to make a reservation for parking facilities. The surcharge for private parking is EUR 4.5 per hour or EUR 30 for 24 hours.
The total amount of the reservation may be pre-authorized any time after booking. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment system. For nonrefundable bookings, this will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged 24 hours before arrival. Cash payment is not possible at the hotel.

The room was very spacious, definitely better then standard size. Featured sofa with armchairs, table, coffee machine, every day replaced coffee capsules and tea bags, electric kettle, small fridge for drinks, nothing to complain. Very designed decoration with nice photo books, sand clock and light could be switched off from bed.
We got room on the first floor, with the view to the back yard. Where all the trash cans are. Which are being emptied on the Tuesday morning in 7am, the very first morning of our stay and they are very loud doing it.
There was also some reconstruction going on in the hotel back area, which was directly below our room and they made terrible noise every day from 8am and woke us with drilling and hammering, but they only did the noise for 30 minutes, until we got up and then stopped. As if they couldn't schedule those noisy works for later.
The hotel it self is a maze and for some reason, the back door inner door sensor refused to let us in every day in the afternoon. So we had to walk around whole building. But in the morning, when we were going out the same door and tested, if it works, it did. Very strange.
The breakfast is very expensive, crazy 21,50 for one person, so I recommend going to the nearby Albert grocery shop and for 22 Eur you can buy breakfast for 2 people for 2 days.

It was a great practical place to stay for a couple of nights.
Good location to catch Metro to the Arena and in to the centre. .Friendly staff. Beds and pillows very comfy. Lovely hot and powerful shower.
호텔 스태프분들이 아주 친절해요. 방은 수납공간이 많고 사용이 편리해서 짐 정리하는게 편했어요. 지하철이 바로 앞에 있어서 좋긴한데 미술관(반고흐미술관,시립미술관,국립미술관)이 주요 목적지라면 별 소용이 없는 역이었습니다. 그쪽으로는 주로 트램을 타야하는데 지연되는 경우가 많아 시간에 딱 맞춰 가기보다는 시간 여유를 상당히 두고 나가는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔 앞 지하철역은 중앙기차역까지는 편하게 갈 수 있습니다.
Wonderful facilities and a great view out over the city. The free access to laundry facilities and the gym were a huge bonus. All the staff were lovely and the list of recommended restaurants / sites were great.
Convenient location, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The room was super spacious and everything felt new. The bed was huge and very comfy. The design of everything was nice and modern. It was a very lively hotel, very close to the metro station and to a few restaurants.
