Pros:

The location is very good, close to the metro station. The stuff is very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There is no fridge in the room. Also, there is no door on the shower, the entire bathroom gets wet because of it and so it's difficult to use it again for anything else until it gets dry.

Overall it was wonderful

Staff and accomomdations.

Cons:

Staff memeber came to my room at 9am in the morning while I had the do not disturb sign on, they just ipened my door came in while I was sleeping and dropped off towels and left. That was unacceptable.

Es un lugar fuera de lo común atendido por equipos de gente educada y preocupada siempre a colaborar

Para mi lo más destable fue al atención exquisita de todo un equipo de gente joven que nos atendió, ayudándonos a resolver los inconvenientes a los que yo siempre estoy expuesto al ser usuario de silla de ruedas. Todos son maravillosos, saben escuchar, empatizar y resolver cualquier inconveniente. Desde el check-in Beatriz me resolvió el problema de la habitación que no presentaba buena accesibilidad en el baño, pero me consiguió una habitación que fue perfecta, Nikole me consiguió herramientas para ajustar la silla de ruedas. Otras chicas nos facilitaron poder tramitar las tarjetas de embarque. Los chicos de la cafetería maravillosos, así como todo el personal que trabaja en los desayunos. El desayuno, excelente y variado. Las instalaciones con buen diseño, alegre e innovador. En fin es un lugar altamente recomendable. Gracias a todos.
