Pros:

Our TV wasn't working as expected and they moved us to another room to provide this service. Both rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable and both had pleasant views.

Cons:

There were a couple days when we woke up too late, told the cleaner to come back a couple hours later and ended up coming back at the end of the day to an unserviced room. Probably our fault but would be a great plus to ensure rooms are cleaned and restocked even if the guests leave past 12pm. On that same note, when the room was cleaned it was mostly making the bed and on occasion emptying the bin, we stayed there for 5 days and would have really really appreciated for the floor to have been vacuumed at least once halfway through.

Molt bona relació qualitat preu, clar que nosaltres hem viatjat en temporada baixa i ens ha semblat molt correcte, en temporada alta es paga el triple pel mateix servei. Molt ben comunicat amb el centre per metro i tram. Ambient agradable dins l'hotel
