For non-refundable bookings, this will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged 24 hours before arrival. Cash payment is not possible at the hotel.

Posizione: vicina alla metro e a pochi minuti dal centro

Cons:

Struttura sporca nelle aree comuni. Rifiuti lasciati nei corridoi.
Anche le camere non molto pulite. Mai dato aspirapolvere in 4 notti in cui ho soggiornato.
A/C in camera inesistente.
La mia camera era esposta al sole tutto il giorno, quindi nonostante la temperatura esterna gradevole c’era bisogna dell’a/c.
Sollecitato in reception non hanno risolto nessuno dei problemi.
Non vale i soldi che costa.

Definatley would stay there if we ever went back to Amsterdam
Pros:

Absolute suprise that we had a brilliant breakfast included. Having the Metro a 100 meters away was perfect and cheap.

Okay but wouldn’t go back
Pros:

Lots of amenities, near the metro station and supermarket

Cons:

Felt a bit of odd vibes, very student accomodation vibes and not really a hotel

Staff were unfriendly and not helpful when asking about washing facilities and process was very unclear

Great location but facilities and amenities leave a lot to be desired for a vacationing couple.
Pros:

Location was ideal for easy access to most Amsterdam attractions

Cons:

Lack of proper house keeping service during my stay. Air conditioning was nonexistent for the two nights that i was at the hotel. Any request that required staff to come to my room took hours to resolve

Great location, next to a metro stop. Good self-catering facilities

Klimaanlage war kaputt. Das Fenster konnte man nur kippen, weshalb es immer über 25 Grad in unserem Zimmer hatte.
