Everything is top notch and excellent services. However my room intercom was not working and I couldn’t ask any room service for this reason.

It was an excellent experience staying at Radisson blue Chattagram, especially the cordial, courteous, supportive attitudes of the hospitality team. Overall stay was great but it would have been excellent if the overall cleanliness of the property, including guest rooms was a bit better. Anyways, I would love to stay here when I will come to Chattagram. All the best to the hospitality team.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were polite and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing.

For a five star rated hotel, this has been utterly dissapointing at times. For starters, the breakfast is horrendous, they serve you near raw omlette with zero supervision. Note to mention, the egg chef, who is very unprofessional and rude. Secondly, they had a very slow housekeeping service. They couldnt didnt even provide a SIMPLE bar soap. They provide the absolute minimum of water in the room. The hot water is colder than the ambient temperature of Chittagong. This has been, at times, a nightmare of sorts. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Chittagong on the 22nd of August for our first night after the wedding, and honestly it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, Mrs. Saima Akhtar made us feel so welcome and cared for.

She greeted us with such warmth and even surprised us with an upgrade to an Executive Suite — the view of the city from up there was just unreal. Waking up to that after the wedding chaos felt like a dream 😅.

What I really appreciated was how she paid attention to every little thing. From making sure the room was cozy to checking if we needed anything, she did it all with such a genuine smile. You could tell she truly loves what she does.

Breakfast was great, the room spotless, and everything just felt easy and peaceful. But honestly, it was Saima’s kindness and thoughtfulness that made the whole experience special.

Big thanks to her and the Radisson team for making our first night as a married couple so memorable. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Chittagong. 💙

Cockroaches in the room. Water leakage from toilet. Breakfast ok. No welcome drinks. But I'm sure this is not regular standard of service.

fantastic accommodation with well-equipped amenities, and the pool is just awesome. It would be better to integrate the food menu with both continental and local options.

Whenever I visit Chittagong, I prefer staying here with my family—even though I have many paternal relatives in the city! The comfort, facilities, and luxury this place offers are simply unmatched.

As always, I absolutely love the buffet breakfast with its wide variety of options, delicious yet healthy dishes, and of course, the wonderful ambience.

I must also appreciate Mr. Khorshed from Housekeeping and Chef Rabbi from F&B (who was at the live egg station). Their service was truly top-notch!

And lastly, a very special mention to Mr. Nayan from the Rooms Division. He feels more like a brother—his genuine hospitality is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. His patience, warmth, and professionalism make us feel truly comfortable. He is the definition of a true hotelier!

Stuffs are confused about their system.

I feel save this hotel. and i enjoy the room view. Need more entertainment music and other offer. ALL The staff very helpful.

Our staying at Radison Blue was a very good experience. We enjoyed. Breakfast was very good. Pool, Gym etc were good.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful, which made our stay more comfortable. However, the open areas outside lacked proper ventilation, and there was an unpleasant smell in some places. The room rent was quite high compared to the facilities provided, making the overall value for money less satisfactory. With improvements in outdoor maintenance and more reasonable pricing, the experience could be significantly better.
