We stay there only 1 night but the place is super clean, close to ChiangMai Airport, friendly staff and great breakfast selections! Will definitely return again!

Really nice clean room with TV, AC, fridge and balcony. Asian buffet style breakfast, friendly staff and free shuttle into centre when it's available.

Location is very far out and also incorrectly advertised on trip advisor. However shuttle is usually available just need to get a taxi back. The only major disappointment was we did our laundry with them and they tried to charge us £20!!! Bearing in mind this was more than the price of our room and we've never paid more than £3 in our 3 months in Asia. They gave us a discount but it was still utterly ridiculous, on checking our laundry we found some was still dirty and most smelt damp. Once we pointed this out they very apologetic and didn't charge us. All fine in the end just go elsewhere for laundry.

It was nice place to be in the city of Chiangmai

Nice property that is quiet and not part of Chiang Mai's overcrowded central 'box'. Excellent street food at the end of the road where you turn into the property. Beautiful classic old-stye hotel with wooden staircase. Beds are too firm and no elevator to easily move luggage, but the staff is happy to provide enthusiastic bell-hops to assist with luggage.

If you have no vehicle it is a long way to any shopping, not even a convenience store close by.
So if you don't mind staying at the hotel and you bring all required groceries with you it would be fine.

Easy parking space, large yard, not far from all amenities and best of all laundry fees was unbelievable cheap.

Traveling with family and all had to sleep in one full size bed. Not a good thing. Only two pillows on the bed for three people.

We were there for 3 nights.All tour agencies don't want to pick us up from this hotel as its far away.So we have to take cab to go to downtown that is 200Tbt.
Room has no drinking water heater or Airpot n coffee , tea packets . when we asked they gave us the Airpot and we bought coffee packets from outside .
Another major issue is there r no shops food outlets nearby , other than hotel restaurant.
The restaurant was closed at 4pm and opens only at 6 pm.then again by 9+ it closes.So u need to eat n go back from city.
Breakfast is free.Variety is limited for Vegetarians.Even otherwise, choose is less like white bread n jam butter , coffee tea, very very sweet juices ,fruits for vegetarians and non veg noodles , rice . salad was there..but all limited I felt..
Staff are very very nice.Faced Language problem.Once or twice they dropped us free to city.
I will only rate it as 2.5 /5
Expedia hotels have been good so far..this time am disappointed!

到飯店辦理登記找不到資料，浪費40分鐘。熱水要到餐廳拿，與原有條件不符。借不到吹風機。

We had a fantastic stay here, the staff always went the extra mile for us. The hotel is further out from the city, but you can arrange a free transfer to the city really easily. You can walk to cafe number 8 and luck cafe which are really beautiful, delicious places, I highly recommend them.

オールドチェンマイ周辺の喧騒から逃れるのに最適な宿。かといって、繁華街まで遠くなく、日中は宿の車で送迎してくれます。朝食も程よく美味しくいただけます。

I don't think it's a tourist destination hotel, communicating with the staff made that a little difficult. They were very friendly, shuttled you to the city for free which was very convienent.

Lost power in our room and the staff quickly moved us to another one.

Estadia muito boa.como ponto negativo apenas a distancia do centro da cidade. O staff é espetacular, apesar de nem todos falarem inglês.

Thia hotel is great if you are palnning on leaving Chiang Mai the next day or you have a car. It's relatively far from the city and there's nothing to do in the 1 mile radius. The room was comfortable and clean, the receptionist was very kind. The breakfast is included in the price, you can order dinner there , many things to choose from and the prices are alright. It cost 150b for the shuttle to the airport.
