Pros:

What a lovely place! Location was very central and convenient with public transportation! The hotel is Neat located in an old Building so there’s no elevator but the staff is so accommodating and will carry your bags for you:) Also the exercises is always healthy! Exactly what we need for the night. Comfortable bed & neat room, only the walls are very thin but we wasn’t too bothered by it.

Liegt sehr zentral in einer Einbahnstraße. Mit dem Taxi am besten am Bahnhof aussteigen, von da sind es dann 5 min zu Fuß.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück würden wir das nächste mal weglassen. Durch die Lage des Hotels, gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten kulinarischer Vielfalt.
Unser Zimmer lag auf der Straßenseite, deshalb war auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ein minimaler Geräuschpegel vorhanden. Wir haben nachts trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen groß genug und sauber. Die Dusche hatte wohl am ersten Abend kein heißes Wasser, was aber an restlichen Tag kein Problem war.
Hat uns alles in allem sehr gefallen.

Расположение, номер, завтрак - всё супер. Единственный минус - крошечная ванная комната. Надеюсь, владелец догадается, что раковину в ней надо поставить поменьше, а стеклянную перегородку заменить банальной занавеской - так будет больше места для коленей сидящего на унитазе, и вытираться после душа гораздо удобней.

Dificuldade para fazer o checkin

A localização é boa, porém o serviço é muito atrapalhado. Cheguei antes do horário do checkin, pois queria deixar as malas para andar pela cidade. Porém minha reserva não foi encontrada. Já uso o Hoteis.com há muitos anos e nunca tinha tido um problema assim. Tive que ligar para a central da Hoteis.com que me disse que foi um problema do hotel e me ajudou a resolver o problema. Café da manhã incluso foi bem fraco e o quarto não tinha nada demais. Não possui elevador.

Centrally located but no elevator

We stayed last week for 4 nights. Great location on Nevsky street, the main street in St Petersburg and a bit away for all the hustle of restaurants and shops, 150 meters from Moscow station the main one in St Petersburg. No elevator so big issue you have to take your luggage on the stairs for 3 or 4 floors but they offer free help. Rooms are okay renovated but we booked 3 rooms and each one was different: 2 had 14 inch TV one 21 inch ... Breakfast not so famous very basic. Don't think i will go back because to go up on the stairs at 5 AM after a wild night is ...

A home away from home .
Pros:

A no frills hotel with clean and updated room . Very convenient location with just 3 minute walk from Moscow train station . In a neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants nearby and situated on Nevsky Bereg which is the pulse of the city .

Nice local boutique hotel with a great location.
Pros:

Great hotel. Very affordable and the location is unbeatable. Literally right in Vosstanyia Square on Nevsky. Stayed there twice and both times was a great experience. And the staff was really nice.
