Would stay at this hotel again staff very friendly even at such a late arrival
basic hotel ,clean, I like the area, breakfast is good, nothing in the hotel after breakfast, i.e....coffee, bottled water, snacks all out of the hotel. luckily the neighborhood had all closeby

El personal es muy amable.
Por mejorar las chapas de las puertas suenan muy duro al cerrarlas desde afuera.
Baño muy incómodo, no tiene donde colocar el jabón y shampo en la ducha.
Desayuno muy regular y el personal encargado de este servicio no fue muy amable. Tanto que el último día, fuimos a otro sitio cercano a tomar el desayuno
El primer día no tenia la ducha agua caliente, la manija de la llave de la ducha se callo y la manija del baño estaba completamente suelta. Al informar sobre el agua fría el personal cuestionó mi información.

Very nice hotel with very attentive personnel! Great breakfast is served every morning that is tailored to each guest. The only complaint is that the WIFI was a little weak on the 5th floor.

First off, I need to explain I *NEVER* rate anything a 5 unless something is above and beyond my expectations. Most everything was nice here, meeting my expectations, which is why most categories I rate as a 4. The staff was always friendly, but none of them spoke English with me. Luckily I was traveling with a friend that spoke Spanish. The inside and outside of the hotel looked amazing, especially when compared to most other buildings in the neighborhood. The floors were a marble looking tile of some sort, which looked nice, but I think housekeeping only swept the floors, because walking on them in bare feet or white socks picked up a lot of dirt from the floor.
