Instalaciones muy sólidas , lindo entorno con ruina imperdibles en la zona y hasta decorando el establecimiento, perking súper cómodo y tome la pensión completa por un precio muy razonable . Perfecto para visitar

Con rammarico desidero condividere la mia esperienza, che purtroppo non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative.

Al nostro arrivo, alla reception ci è stato comunicato che la prenotazione risultava non pagata, nonostante fossi in possesso sia della conferma via email sia dell’addebito sulla carta di credito. Dopo alcune verifiche e contatti con la società EREV LTD, ci è stato inizialmente richiesto di effettuare nuovamente il pagamento per poter accedere alla struttura.

Dopo circa 40 minuti di attesa, e mentre stavo contattando Booking per chiarire la situazione, la stessa società EREV LTD ha riconosciuto un errore, confermando che il pagamento era stato effettuato, con solo una piccola differenza da saldare.

Al momento del saldo, abbiamo riscontrato ulteriori difficoltà tecniche, in quanto il POS non risultava funzionante, rendendo necessario il pagamento in contanti.

Al di là dell’inconveniente iniziale, comprensibile seppur spiacevole, ciò che mi ha lasciato perplesso è stata la gestione complessiva della situazione: il tempo di attesa prolungato alla reception, in presenza di altri ospiti, e l’assenza di un successivo riscontro da parte della direzione. Avevo espresso il desiderio di confrontarmi con un responsabile, ma durante il soggiorno non ho avuto modo di ricevere un riscontro o delle scuse.

La struttura in sé è valida e non ho particolari osservazioni negative sotto questo aspetto; tuttavia, ritengo che una maggiore attenzione al cliente e alla gestione di situazioni delicate possa fare una grande differenza nell’esperienza complessiva.
