Ett bra hotell men lite svårt att sova på grund av nattlivet.
Pros:

Stort och välstädat rum med bra läge i centrala Lund.

Cons:

Vi bodde på första våningen och det var ganska högljutt utanför fönstret på grund av nattlivet i Lund.

Extremely disappointed
Pros:

Location was great, city center. Cleaning was good , decoration and common areas were great.

Cons:

Our studio, even if booked in advance, was located between the stair case, elevator, and cleaning storage. The noise every 15 minutes was horrible. We have recorded the noise.
We booked a studio that on booking was described as "1 full bed" , and we were suprised the bed size was 140*200cm. Very tiny for 2 adults
At the reception I told the lady "I don't think the 140*200cm bed is what I booked" and she replied "Yes it is" . Not even the minimum effort of offering a different option , even for an extra price.
From a personal perspective we felt there was no empathy at all.
I felt ill, it was New Years Eve, family was waiting for us, I did not feel like arguing for a 2 nights stay, and besides, after 18h there was no one at the reception desk
This experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel . We feel misled.

Vänlig service, bra läge och ett hotell som det grundläggande man behöver.
Pros:

Bra utbud på frukosten, även avseende specialkost

Cons:

Saknade någon bekväm stol eller fåtölj att sitta i på mitt rum.

Trevlig personal och rymligt rum!
Pros:

Det var rymliga rum och väldigt varmt och skönt inne på rummen med möjlighet att justera temperaturen om så önskas. Frukosten var bra!
