事情是這樣子的：4/7入住辦理C/I當天，是一位戴眼鏡微肉的女櫃檯幫我辦理。入住時關於預刷及現場又刷卡的疑慮與她確認，我提出的問題是：我收到4/4扣款，以往我出差就都是直接入住不會請我在現場收款。再互相你來我往的過程中她好像沒辦法去回答解決我的疑慮及問題。甚至她對於我提出的問題感到驚訝！她好像不知如何回應卻說了一句：以前可以現在不行因為被客人搞過？
ㄜ….這是我想知道的事情嗎？
那是不是以後發生一些問題 櫃檯人員都要說是房客的問題！？我相信許多事情發生案例不完全的是櫃檯的錯。
是當下回覆讓我錯愕而已。
再來，週四我下樓拿外送，我到櫃檯說503要拿外送！也許我說話小聲或者讓她沒聽清楚，她沒說話的看著我我看著她幾秒後，她沒說話的看了一下我用手比右邊？就給人感覺不是很好，哈囉？我是知道右邊放哪裡？櫃檯擋住我的視線！OS是因為C/I的時候讓妳不太滿意我嗎？
教育訓練有待加強！

所有康橋住宿經驗，這裡最小氣！臨時加住一天，且第二天根本未住滿，還要跟我加收100元，才100元！其他間不會，高興我沒去其他地方，多住一天

無，但是早餐生菜裡聚集很多小飛蠅，跟服務小姐反應⋯先用手驅蠅，後來置之放原位未處理，我實在不敢吃。這三天，幾乎都是高雄爆食安問題！

樓下有24小時冰淇淋🍦

冷氣溫度不能調整 只能調整強度 送風那些 蠻冷的 關起來有點熱
