The staff were all, without exception, excellent. They went out of their way to help. The price I paid was great value. The breakfast was average one day but very good the next. Food is local which I personally prefer except for katogo at breakfast!
Parking is tight. And there is no bar and a very religious if non scriptural (!) attitude to alcohol. Kampala was very warm when I stayed and a couple of cold beers in a residents bar would have been nice.
The stall are exceeding polite and professional. We stayed here off an on over a week and they treated us with the utmost courtesy

The lavatory
The staff are friendly and the place is clean
The place is old, it lacks a cozy atmosphere. The reception is not a reflection of the rooms. There is poor lighting in the rooms so I couldn't do any work. The window was facing outside and could not close. The corridor were smelling of chemical from fumigation. The a la carte restaurant is unnecessarily expensive, the food does not match the price.
