Rooftop bar was perfect on first warm day in a long time!

Quiet excellent room. Especially treasure the assistance of a staff member called Marty who extended great kindness in helping me with my Uber car as I was checking out of the hotel. He not only gave me my final receipt at the desk but escorted me to the car and rolled my bags out to it over the wet side walk. Over the top gesture was quickly putting the bags in the trunk of the car. Such courtesy, kindness greatly appreciated by this Envoy patron. Many of my family members stay at this Envoy as a relative lives nearby and all of us have been pleased with the service. Thank you. I have never met Marty before but the Envoy is fortunate to have such a gentleman on its staff. Few companies realize that it is the little gestures that win over customers.

Donovan was the person who greeted us at reception and he was so friendly and even helped me with switching my room and made our stay at the envoy so incredible! We will definitely be back!!!

I had a great stay at the Envoy Hotel, and a big reason for that was the front desk staff. Donnovan and Hamza were exceptional—extremely professional, genuinely helpful, and just really nice guys to talk to.

From check-in onward, they went out of their way to make everything smooth and welcoming. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or just having a friendly conversation, they made the experience feel personal rather than transactional.

It’s rare to find front desk staff who strike the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, but Donnovan and Hamza absolutely nailed it. They’re a huge asset to the hotel and a big reason I’d happily stay here again.

Perfect hotel for a business trip. Everything was spot on, from the spacious room, the heated floors in the bathroom, and the location. I also ate breakfast twice, and both times the food was good and the service was prompt.

I would definitely stay here again when traveling back for work.

Spent my wife’s birthday weekend here from start to finish. Everything was great Rohan and Alejandro at the front desk helped us with absolutely everything even when we kept losing our key a couple of times. Room service was wonderful and if you get a chance to check out the rooftop! Overall 10/10 experience!

Drugs everywhere

I travel a lot for work and this is by far one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. In addition to the room being clean and comfortable, it was the Marriott Envoy team’s exceptional customer service that took my experience to the next level.

This year, I had a work trip scheduled on my birthday. When the Marriott Envoy team found out, they went out of their way to celebrate it. I returned to my room to find a special delivery and a happy birthday card. A huge thank you to Marty, Donnovan, and Rohan for your incredible hospitality. It really felt like I was home with my friends and family, and I cannot thank you enough for that!
I have stayed at other hotels in the area but this will now be my forever Boston hotel!

I’m really enjoying my stay at the Envoy Hotel. My room had a perfect view, a deluxe king with a water view. Can you imagine waking up to that amazing view? I loved how I could still keep my luggage in the hotel after checkout. And thanks to Marty, a guy who helped me store my luggage, so I could walk around for an hour hands-free. Thank you, Marty. Will be next time for sure :)

The location, the room, the view.

I stayed at The Envoy Hotel in Boston and had a really good experience. The hotel is modern and stylish, with a clean feel throughout and a staff that couldn’t have been friendlier.

My room was comfortable and spotless. The layout was a bit unusual in terms of how the space was arranged, but nothing that caused any issues. Just something worth noting if you prefer a more traditional setup.

The rooftop bar is definitely a highlight. It has an energy all its own once the evening crowd shows up. That said, be prepared for the elevators to get hectic at night. They do their best to keep one dedicated for hotel guests, but with the rooftop being so popular, there’s still a bit of a wait.

Overall, a solid stay in a fun location. Modern vibe, great staff, and everything was clean. I’d stay again!
