The location is excellent. The staff is amazing especially Chris, the manager, he always have smiles on his face, very helpful and kind so as his assistant Alex.

This hotel is perfect! Great location annd rooms. And we had the best check in experience I've ever experienced at a hotel. Hanza and Ghoul were so helpful and accommodating. So friendly too!

Donovan and Hamza at the front desk were extremely helpful. Great stay and would recommend.

The location, availabilty with the 4th of July weekend short notice. Surprised were able to accommodate a family of 5.

Worst family hotel - I arrived late Saturday - did not realize the rooftop is a nightclub - found myself on an elevator with several drunk people making fun of my kids (who have special needs) - It was loud all night - it felt unsafe - uncomfortable and very hard on my kids

One of the best hotel experiences ever! My husband and I stayed here for a special occasion and it was wonderful. They recognized our anniversary with an upgrade to a corner room with a waterfront view. The room was incredible - clean and stylish. I loved the modern style with unique touches. Big shout out to Chris at the front desk! He was so welcoming and helpful. We will be back!!

What’s massive disappointment. UNACCEPTABLE. SUPER SUPER SUPER LOUD on the street side. 2 rooms tonight. and management: don’t bother posting your ai apology noting you’re always available to help guests. Nonsense - what are my options at 10pm at night? change rooms? what a joke. HEY MANAGEMENT - why not advise your guests at check in that the street side hotels rooms are ALL NIGHT motorcycle racing. drunken screaming and car races? OH, pick me! Answer - bc you could never fill the property! We live in nyc and it’s loud but nothing beats this place for all night obnoxiously noise. that’s after i listened to the front desk manager go after the cleaning team employee at the front desk about doing her job - wow, really guests need to hear that at check in!? The other employees were generally friendly, will give them that at least. And fyi I stay at hotels 40+ nights per year. i know. shame on me for not checking the reviews more closely. but to my credit i thought an Autograph would be better. MANAGEMENT - if you’re truly sorry - refund my stay. or provee me and everyone else here wrong. It’s not like I used the room to sleep! Jokers. GUESTS. HEED THE WARNINGS AND DONT STAY HERE. - plenty of other boston choices.

This was my second time staying at the hotel and it’s absolutely gorgeous! The lobby is beautiful, the staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean and modern!

We particularly had a wonderful arrival in experience with Donnovan at the front desk. He looked very nice and had a great suit/look. Of course, I was being myself and making him laugh and he definitely had fun running with it! Our check-in process was super fun and he handled my antics perfectly. Super nice guy and everyone else that we encountered was friendly and awesome too! You will not be disappointed staying here!!

Clean, tidy, rooms well equipped and comfy beds

For more than $500 per night, I expected much more from a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel. This property felt more like an Aloft than a premium hotel.
The restaurant was disappointing. I ordered chips and salsa, but the salsa tasted spoiled and the . It was surprising for a restaurant that promotes its chef and dining experience.
If you're coming to Boston to party, this hotel may be a good fit. The rooftop bar draws large crowds, and there was a constant stream of people coming in directly from the street and filling the elevators. While a key card is required to select a guest floor, anyone can ride up and simply step off when a guest exits. It didn't feel like the level of security I expect from a hotel at this price.
The online photos are misleading. The room looked worn, the furnishings felt low quality, and the floors and carpet did not seem clean. Overall, this hotel did not justify its price. It caters more to bar patrons than the hotel guests.

Hotel is nice, good location in the Seaport. Lots of great restaurants around. Only does valet parking. When I called they said they did self parking across the street so I parked there, then when I checked in they said it's separate. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are nice if you are solo or just a couple. Not crazy about the bathroom with a family, it's a glass sliding door and it's tough to get ready if people are sleeping and not waking them up. Shower gets hot water quickly which is great. The elevators in the building are terrible. They have two elevators and a busy roof deck so you can wait for ever as a hotel guest which is ridiculous. Staff was very nice.

Location, cleanliness, upbeat vibe, staff, decor and design,

The location of the Envoy is very central and walkable for tourist destinations. The hotel is beautiful, well designed and maintained. Bed was comfortable, and I appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower & sink area. The staff is professional and helpful.

We had a room at the front of the hotel near the intersection of Sleeper & Seaport Blvd, and the traffic noise between 9:00 pm and midnight was bothersome. If you are someone, like me, who goes to bed early, ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

The elevators are a little slow, and that is worse when the rooftop bar is open, as hotel guests are competing for the same two elevators as the rooftops bar. The staff has put up a rope and signs indicating that only the left elevator was to be used for the rooftop bar, but people were ignoring it. We took the stairs down most of the time, but they let out on to the street and there is no access to use them to walk up. The hotel should consider making the stairs accessible from the lobby for hotel guests (there was a door to the lobby area, but it was marked employees only).

Overall, a great experience, I would definitely stay there again, just asking for a room away from the street.

Location was great.

Impromptu stay overnight in the city to attend to a late meeting and early morning session. Hotel is situated at the entrance to the newly developed Seaport area in Boston and is in good proximity to the many offerings in the area. Arrival and check-in was uneventful, efficient and professional. Perhaps because of the late booking and a rather large gathering in the convention conference center nearby, the rates were astronomically high (ridiculous). Assigned room, although nicely furnished with the expected amenities - is not commensurate with the high rates charged. Room is open plan, viz. no cupboards or doors to bathrooms but was largely functional. Assigned room has a view of the gym across the street that had a clear view into the room with the curtains open - not a desirable feature as this required I drew the curtains that made the room dark. I liked the availability of outlets next to the bed and in the working area but climate control was sluggish (did not cool) and the sink did not drain - which is a basic "no" for me. The bed, while comfortable, creaked (irritatingly loudly) with small movements and the room was not as sound-proof as it needs to be - as I could hear street noises. But the walk-in shower was in good working order and provided good service. I would rate this establishment higher if not for the rates levied and the few noted imperfections. Roof top venue is a thing - but over-rated in my opinion. The small lobby was chaotic and noisy with the many guests visiting the roof top restaurant-bar.

Over all an amazing time , celebrated my 5 year anniversary ! My fiance and I are very pleased with way our night ended, I surprised my lady with a fully decorated room over looking the water! We will be back this summer for more envoy💪🏽❤️
