Pros:

Staff very helpful. Very large apartment in a great location. Very comfortable. Very quiet rooms. Plenty of space for all guests.

Cons:

Shortage of clothes hangers. More cutlery would help plus a tea towel. Otherwise great.

It did the job - clean and easy to get to.

We recommend this place and would stay here again.
Pros:

The bathroom and bedrooms were spacious. The room was quiet even though there was a tram stop nearby. The lady who managed the property was helpful. We loved the mural on the wall and appreciated the wardrobe for hanging up clothes. No complaints.

Cons:

We didn’t like that we could smell smoke in our bathroom from others smoking outside. Make sure you book on a nonsmoking floor. We didn’t have a smoke problem until the last day at checkout.

Fantastic stay in a perfect location
Pros:

The apartment was incredibly spacious and well-laid out. It features two bedrooms (one master and one smaller), which was perfect for us. A huge plus is the bathroom setup—having a full bathroom with a bathtub plus a separate guest toilet made a big difference in comfort.

The location is unbeatable; all the main city landmarks are within easy walking distance. Also, the private parking is a true lifesaver, as finding a spot in this neighborhood is practically impossible. Highly recommended

Cons:

The only downside was the housekeeping; unfortunately, the trash was not emptied once during our entire stay. With a bit more attention to these details, it would be a perfect 10.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, das Zimmer ist geräumig und die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher sowie mehrere Gläser/Tassen und einen Kühlschrank. Insgesamt war es ziemlich sauber. Im Hotel ist es ruhig und angenehm. Außerdem gibt es Parkplätze (gegen Aufpreis). In der Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte, Cafés und eine Haltestelle. Auch die Karlsbrücke ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sogar mit Kindern.

Cons:

In einem großen Zimmer war es durch die Heizkörper sehr stickig, und es gab keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster auf Kipp zu stellen, um zu lüften (wir waren im März/April dort). Durch die Straßenbahnen draußen war es nachts etwas laut, was für uns jedoch nicht kritisch war. Es haben einige Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, wie z. B. Haken für Handtücher, ein Föhn, ein Mülleimer im Bad oder eine Garderobe für Jacken im Eingangsbereich. Zudem gab es keine Möglichkeit, das Bad/WC von innen abzuschließen. Offenbar wurden Schlösser und Haken von früheren Gästen beschädigt, dennoch war es während unseres Aufenthalts überhaupt nicht möglich, sich dort einzuschließen.
Das ausgeklappte Sofa eignet sich kaum zum Schlafen – es ist uneben und instabil.

Nice, but simple
Pros:

Central location, nice and clean and easily accessible.

Cons:

Bed and pillow (yes, one each) were hard. Had to fold pillow in half to get a good amount of cushion. Wish there were more amenities - coffee, tea, milk would be good as had to go and get these separately but would have expected these as part of the apartment.

A Gem of a Place to Stay

The location was excellent. The 3 room apartment exceeded our expectations. The value was amazing. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Amazing location & rooms, let down by the comfort of the beds
Pros:

The room sizes are outstanding, the main bedroom / living room was perfect for being sociable as well as sleeping.
Location could not be better in our opinion, you're away from the busy old town and only a 10/15 minute walk from everything you need. The local restaurants & shops are fantastic too.

Cons:

Only once did we see someone on reception, so couldn't organize / trust leaving our luggage in the luggage room. So we had to organize this at another location within the city.
The beds are really hard, could do with better pillows
