The location . The space.
Stayed for 4 days. Room was never cleaned even after requesting room service. The hotel ran out of bath towels. Air conditioner didn’t work properly so I woke up in the middle of the night with the temperature being at 79 degrees.
The bathroom door didn't lock.the tv was not great at all .

The sliding bathroom door didn't lock it would still slide open and the pillows were way too soft it was like they didn't exist.
The location was great. It is very close to shopping and some great restaurants. Also it’s a relatively short drive to surrounding beaches. It had been a while since we last stayed here and I did not like how crowded the area was. Another hotel and buildings had been built and it felt closed in.
The hotel is showing its age and use. The rooms were not in as good a condition as I remembered a few years ago. The mirror in the bathroom was chipped and the shower liner has either hard water or mildew stains. I also found long black curly hairs in the tub and on the floor around it. My daughter and I have straight strawberry blonde hair. The carpets could use a thorough deep clean as well. Minor peeling on a few wall surfaces. Front desk staff seemed lacking in that there was quite a wait if you needed something. I called down for some extra blankets and was told I would have to come get them myself because there was only one person at the desk. Breakfast was decent with a good selection; something for most everyone.
It was good. Sad the pancake machine was broken.
The smell in the elevator and third floor hallway smelled like toxic chemicals! Our tv would not turn on, went to the front desk and she acted like it really put her out. No apologies or good customer service. The the tv wouldn’t turn off.
The breakfast had good choices. The rooms was very clean.

No tea to drink, would have been good to have some bagged teas options for guests. ( not just in the morning) eg herbal and English breakfast.
This hotel and staff was awesome. Very clean. Hugh room and plenty of breakfast options.
Pool open later till like midnight would have been nice
